So I am creating an editable printable recipe divider. On that divider, I've got a text field. I put text in it in the Oswald font and size 60, all is good. Selected multi-line. That works. But I need the text to be vertically aligned middle (got it horizontally aligned center, so that's good). That way, if the text is only one line, it'll be vertically centered middle; if two, still vertically centered middle. How do I get it to do this? I am currently using the trial version on a Windows computer if that helps. Thank you!

I paid for a trial of Acrobat Pro to convert a PDF file to Word. I converted the entire file and saved it to my PC. I've been trying to find it but I can't find it. Also before saved to my pc I tried to print a copy and can't either.  Can you help me? Is it saved in a cloud? How do I access it? I need it ASAP.  Thank youLillian

When using Acrobat's [Automatically tag PDF] function, Some PDF's texts are tagged as Figure.We have confirmed that this problem occurs when there is text in XObject. Cloud-based auto-tagging is free from this error, but unstable (especially in non-English langauges). Is there any other way to solve the problem other than loud-based auto-tagging? If there is a solution, please explain the method in as much detail as possible. Here is a PDF which error occur. I hope this file will help to fix the error. 

I've created a fillable PDF from a form. It has two signature fields. When someone tries to fill out the signature, the form does nothing. According to the client, when they attempt to fill in the signature it "is telling us to download an unsupported program to make a signature. After doing this, when trying to sign it goes automatically to save and then nothing happens". I can fill the form -including signature - without issue, but I have the full Acrobat program, not just the Reader, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference.  I've checked the security settings. I'm not sure what else to look at. Thanks. Any help would be appreciated.

I tried to de-install and re-install but the problem is still there.I work with Windows 11 and I have a new laptop and after installing all the programms this is the only but heavy problem I deal with.When I try to import the .kfp I get the information that this does not work?What can I do?

Hi, I am adding the same image to two versions of the same document and yet on one, there is a white box from another image (that was in the PDF when it was created) visible behind it. It also appears that the second image is lighter than the first. I am attaching a couple of screenshots for reference. The PDFs were generated through Vellum on different days, but the image being added is the same. I have tried copy and pasting the image that does NOT show the visible white box into the other document to no avail. What is causing this to happen? Thanks in advance!

Hi! I create fillable forms for business owners and I post PDF previews of those forms online. I add a comment box to the PDF preview with information and I use the link tool to add a link to the part of the comment that leads back to the webpage where the form can be purchased. I then add a link to that particular webpage that links to that PDF preview. This way, people at the webpage can click on the link to look at the PDF preview, and anyone who comes across the PDF preview while not at my website has a link right there on the PDF preview to bring them directly to the webpage to purchase it. The way the link should work: When I open this PDF preview in my "desktop app" (Windows 10, Adobe Acrobat Standard), I can click on the link I added and it takes me to my website, which is exactly what I want it to do. The problem: When the PDF preview opens in the browser rather than within the desktop app, the link seems to be not active or not easily f

I would like to add and put the Combine Files tool on this toolbar in the Home View or when I open acrobat. I have pressed the ... but it only show to expand the options.  Please help. Thank you 

Every time I use my saved Headers on PDF files I get this little Error. “No Source Text was entered. Please enter some text and try again.”I usually just add a space and things work. However, this is a pain to do when you have a bunch of PDF’s to put headers on.

Ive been trying to use AI assistance where I can upload pdfs and ask it to help me understand the pdf. Every time I hit AI assist it searches then comes back with try again. Ive tried it with other pdfs that I used in the past and it worked and now its not. Ive done all of the troubleshooting, clear cache, uninstall reinstall sign in sign out and nothing is working please advise. 

HI, i have used adobe for years and suddenly today the program will only scan and transfer the first page of a multiple page document. i can find a preset of configuration option that will tell adobe to scan and transfer all pages to a pdf doc. Does anyone know what changes this issue?

It seems to be a well-known problem that occurs from time to time. The problem occurs with our company account with two licenses. We are using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat 25.1 (CC). The files were exported from InDesign as usual. From one day to the next, the error message appeared: "Cannot extract the embadded font ‘ZQVHUP+Inter-Italic’. Some characters may not display or print correctly." Unfortunately, the specified font is also only displayed in the form of dots, so that it is no longer possible to correct the documents.This restricts our workflow enormously and is very annoying. Unfortunately, we cannot test whether it also occurs with older versions of Acrobat, as the Creative Cloud does not offer older versions of Adobe Acrobat.Please fix this as soon as possible.

Hi Adobe team,Some Japanese users reported that Noto sans JP font can't be recognized when converting PPT to PDF file. It shows Garbled characters. Adobeb Acrobat version: 2025.001.20474, 64-bit.We added Noto sans JP font to family in Creative cloud app. Also removed > re-added. Signed out of Creative cloud app then signed in, this font was installed eventually. Reinstalled Adobe Acrobat. Installed Office365 language pack. Still not worked.Could you please look into this issue? Many thanks.

When I am sending a document to be signed by someone and include a date field to be populated upon his/her signing, Adobe Sign is including multiple repeats of the date throughout the document in places where I did not include a field.  Anyone know what this problem is or how to fix it?  An example is included...

A user regularly compiles large PDFs (typically 100–300 pages) with bookmarks for executive and leadership review. When attempting to save these documents—particularly those with extensive bookmarks and structure—Acrobat Pro takes anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes to complete the save process. In some cases, the application becomes unresponsive for extended periods.From what she’s found online, this appears to be a known issue with Acrobat Pro, but we’d like to know:Has this been addressed in the latest version of Acrobat Pro?Are there any recommended settings, preferences, or steps that might improve save times for large, bookmarked PDFs?Is there a best practice for handling documents of this size and structure in Acrobat?

It shows the background in yellow. I've tried everything, searched for updates, turned off the barrier, or set the Windows schema, and nothing works.

My Acrobat suddenly stopped priting through my Brother Printer. It was fine, now it just prints blank pages. How can I fix this please?

Hallo zusammen, ich suche nach einer Lösung, wie ich mehrere Datei gleichzeitig umbenennen kann.Meine Dateien tragen zum Beispiel den Namen 001 bis 099. Ich möchte diese in ABC001 bis ABC099 umbenennen ohne 100 Dateien einzeln zu bearbeiten.Am liebsten wäre es mir, wenn ich die Dateien auch gleichzeitig als PDF/A speichern könnte. Gibt es dafür eine Lösung? LG Rene

Hi, I am completey new to forms. I am trying to create a form with a drop down menu on the left, and 9 text boxes to its right that will each have a different value dependant on what is chosen from the drop down menu. There is a tutorial on YouTube that is explaining essentially the same concept. Yet even when I follow that tutorial to the letter, I have a problem where nothing is showing up in the text fields. The drop down menu works fine, but the text fields do not populate. I have the 'commit selected value immediately' ticked so it isnt that.Below are screen shots of the initial setup, the code (based on the YouTube tutorial) and the end result Any suggestions are appreciated!    

I used to be able to select the "organize pages" tab under "all tools" and drag either one or multiple pages into my files to save as a separate PDF. This was quicker than going through the print to PDF option, but now nothing happens if I attempt to drag and drop. Does anyone know the solution? It's been about a month or so since it hasn't allowed me to do it.

Acobat Pro 2024.22.20759 on my Mac (Intel) Sonoma Version 14.0 (23A344) is running extremely slow. Any task including opening file is taking ages! I find it after the last UI change of Acrobat. Tried re-install, but problem persists. Anyone can help?
