I have a PDF that I would like to default to 2-page view with a cover page when anyone opens it.  Is there a way to somehow "attach" these settings to the specific PDF document so it opens for everyone with these settings by default?I'm having a hard time searching this as it keeps giving me instructions on how to change your own default view settings for all PDFs you open & that's not what I'm trying to do.  Could definitely use some help figuring this out.  Thank you!

I cancelled my subscription a while ago, but was subsequently charged monthly fees (see attached photo). How do I get my money back? Anyone who works at Adobe please respond, that would be greatly appreciated. 🙂

I have had the All Apps plan for several years and Adobe Acrobat was installed.  I did a fresh install of Windows and reinstalled Adobe desktop.  I turn off all antivirus and the firewall and tried to install Acrobat.  Installation failed.  I did a clean uninstall of the desktop software, even removing registry keys, restarted my computer, downloaded a fresh install of the desktop software, and tried to install Acrobat again.  Installation failed.  I had previously installed all other apps I use, but Acrobat refused to install.  I don't know what else to do.

For years I have been interested in extracting highlights from Acrobat PDF. In 2012 I bought a script from try67. Then later, when I moved up to XI Pro, I use the free Create Comment Summary Action Wizard. But now it is 2025. Is there a way to do this with AI? When I put a PDF into ChatGPT, and ask for "highlights" it gives me a summary. Is there some ChatGPT prompt, or Copilot, that would find the text that is highlighted and pull it out. It seems like AI should be able to do those things!

Complimentary access to Adobe Express Premium is coming to an end on May 25, 2025, but don’t worry, you will continue to have access to the Adobe Express free plan.Confused, I went to check and see if I had any subscrption on my adobe acount. I did not, I figured this must just be some error. However, I woke up today to a 582$ charge... I still do not have any subsciption... What's odd is that the email does not even mention anything about renewal, assuming I had the subscrpition in the first place. Please let me know who I need to speak to in order to get this refunded. As a student, I would never have subscribed to a premium form of adobe as I cannot afford it.

I know this question has been asked 100 times on reddit and in these forums and everywhere else on the internet but nobody can seem to come to any kind of general consensus as to what the correct way to do this is so i'm kindly asking for the communities help with this because it causes issues in my enterprise every single day and quite frankly i'm tired of it. Its the typical scenario where we have some users that just need reader and other users that have a full Acrobat License and they are all logging into the same Multi-User session hosts. I pulled all adobe products off my session hosts because we were doing the typical 32 bit install of reader and 64 bit install of Acrobat and I put the Unifed Installer on them as is recommended by Adobe. Its my understanding that the unified installer is supposed to function as adobe reader if a user doesn't have a license and as the full version of Acrobat if they sign in with an account with a license. Ok thats all well and

When using Acrobat (any version) on MacOS I can use: - "cmd +" =  zoom in, and - "cmd -" =  zoom out.   When using Acrobat DC on Windows 10: - "ctrl +" =  zoom in, and - "ctrl -" =  placing a sticky note on the page…!!!   I can't believe this is "by design", can someone confirm it to me? Thank you

Hi , I've recently been editing a PDF in the newest Adobe Acrobat with no problems at all. When I went to open it the other day these boxes had appeared over most of my text (letter specific) (see images).I've tried some of troubleshooting options including:  Turning Off Replace Document Colors in Accessibilities. Unchecked Save As optimizes for Fast Web View.Force Embed fonts in Preflight Panel None of these have changed anything. The interesting thing is that if I highlight the text inside the text box and copy and paste the text (including the ones with the boxes over them)  into word or even a google search bar the text is retained. Which leaves me to believe it is a display problem. The font being used is 'Calluna' and is downloaded and installed correctly. If I change the text to a different font then back to Calluna it turns most of the black boxes back to text (expect for bullet points).  Any help would be appreciated as this is a 65 page

Seit Update auf Sonoma ist der Schließen-Dialog in Acrobat nicht mehr per Tastatur (Enter für Sichern/Esc für Abbrechen) auswählbar. Man muß erst mit der Maus ins Dialogfenster klicken.Habe ein Update von Monterey auf Sonoma (14.6.1) gemacht. Seit dem ist bei Betätigung von cmd-W der Schließen-Dialog (möchtest Du deine Änderungen speichern?) wenn er aufploppt nicht aktiv sondern grau wie im ersten Screenshot. Dementsprechend kann ich dann auch nicht auf Enter drücken um zu speichern oder ESC zum Abbrechen, bzw. Tab-Leertaste zum Nicht speichern drücken. Muss erst mit der Maus in das Dialogfenster klicken, damit es aktiv wird. Dann wird "Speichern" blau und ich kann wieder die Tastatur benutzen (2. Screenshot). Ist natürlich umständlich, wenn man mit etlichen Dokumenten arbeitet. In sämtlichen anderen (Adobe)-Programmen funktioniert der Schließen-Dialog wie gehabt. Hi, I have a script to calculate the hours worked between two times - will include it below. When the Adobe Collaboration Synchronizer is running in background, my moniter will freeze and black out momentarily, and the entire system slows down. It's pretty annoying when you are working with a client and your monitor just blacks out.  Is there any way to prevent the Adob Collab Sync thing from messing with the computer and monitor? I go to the Task Manager and End Task for that app, but it will restart later with more black outs.

I'm trying to sign an IRCC Permenant Residency document. I got the Acrobat Pro features to let me add my signiture to a document, but the e-sign/fill & sign options are greyed out and unselectable. The program tells me the authour has given specific fields to add a signiture but they aren't showing in the designated signiture boxes, meaning they don't have that blue highlight. Please someone help before April 27th!

Greetings Community, I've the following strange problem. When I want to encrypt a file with a password, either over an own action or the edited "Protect" action, it just doesn't work on a single file without giving me an error.If I select multiple files and run the encryption for them (add files and "Start") it always works and every file gets encrypted. I've made the protection like described here:https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/securing-pdfs-passwords.html Did anyone ever experience a similar problem? Best regards

I bought Acrobat X standard in few years ago and wanted to install in my new laptop now.However, the system show "Activation limit reached for Acrobat X standard". Actually, all the old laptops are threw away or distoryed. It is impossible to deactivate the software.And I also forget to setup the account in Acorbat or not when I bought the software. Would you advise how to check and solve this problem?I need this software for working urgently. Many thanks.

Why do you make it so difficult to determine which version of Acrobat is installed?  I have had enough of Adobe and their overcomplication of things.  These tools are meant to make work and life easier.  I've been trying to establish if I have the Standard or Pro version for the last hour (if you still call them those names).  All I see is that it's a continuous version when I open "About".  Why can't Adobe simply state the version?  Would someone please give me a definitive answer on finding out what I'm paying for monthly?  While I'm posting, Adobe has become a bloated behemoth that constantly glitches.  When will the developers get their act together?  I'm seriously considering moving over to ABBYY Fineready - simply and straightforward with better features.

Suddenly today I can't use e-sign anymore, Im in a enterprise account, it shows that you can "You can no longer request e-signatures with this user prifle associate with xxxxx, please contact your admin or resubscribe to restore access..  How should I solve this prob?

My watermark function on Adobe Acrobat doesn't work properly - I can add a watermark but it doesn't save. I add them through Edit PDF - Watermark - Add.  (iMac), so maybe it's to do with my account? I'd be grateful for any suggestions. 

I have Mac OS Sequoia 15.5. I'm using Adobe Acrobat's ability to type on documents to fill in the blank for studying Spanish. It can type diacritics properly in comments. When I use the type text function, it types the letter without the diacritic before the letter with the diacritic. Is there a way to make sure Adobe gets the bug report? I've attached an image with an arrow pointing to the example.

I'd like to use a PDF form that, once filled out, can be submitted online. Someone else has set up a surveymonkey survey to collect the same data that will be collected via the PDF form. I know that I can use a PDF form to submit via HTML, but I don't know if it is possible to use the surveymonkey form to collect the PDF form data...? Has anyone else done something similar?

I'm using files created by someone else in InDesign and exported to both single-page view and spread (double page) view. Some color fields simply do not appear in either version of the export, other color fields only appear in the spread view. All colors are visible when I open the same file in Mac Preview. This is most noticeable when the designer has placed white text over a color block; when the color is missing the text is invisible. The designer cannot duplicate this error with their version of Acrobat. We are using identical versions of Acrobat: 2025.001.20476I'm using an Apple M1 Pro 16-inch 2021 laptop. I recently updated my OS to sequoia 15.5 (24F74), but I've noticed this problem before I made the update, usually on files that are many years old. I'm attaching screengrabs of this problem in two instances (filenames starting 1 and 2). There are slightly different elements missing from acrobat's page view vs spread view, but everything is visible in Mac Preview. 

After clicking on restyling the PDF it only shows saving to adobe cloud stroage and it get strucked
