Hello everyone,I need your help with a problem I've been facing for the last 4 days. When I try to send a PDF through WhatsApp or WeChat, instead of sending the file, it displays a message asking the recipient to download an application. This is really frustrating, and I have no idea why it's happening.I have tried sending the PDF from different devices and networks, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this situation or has any idea what might be causing it? I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or solutions you can provide.Thank you in advance for your help!  

I have reinstalled Adobe Acrobat DC 2020, which I purchased in 2020. The Installation seems to work, but I cannot open the program. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times. What am I doing wrong?

Is there a way, using guided actions, to batch convert jp2 to jpg without the "do you want to save changes to filename.pdf" promt popping up for each file? Isn't a very automated process with that manual interaction requried.

Hello,  I have the Adobe Pro account but am unable to find the option to remove the expiration date off forms I send. Does this options exist on Adobe Pro accounts? If yes, please help me find it

I have recently installed the Ventura operating system on my Mac. Since doing so all pdf documents are displaying with a preview icon instead of the traditional red Acrobat Logo. My cleints are hesitate to open these documenst even though they have the .pdf extension as they do not look like a traditional pdf file anymore. I have set all pdfs to open with Acrobat Reader, however the icon is still displaying with the preview icon. Any help woule be appreciated.

Hallo, bei mir funktioniert die Konvertierung von pdf in jpg nicht. Adobe zeigt an, dass die Datei konvertiert wird. Im Windows Explorer ist danach aber keine Datei abgelegt. Bis vor ca. zwei Wochen hat dieser Prozess noch reibungslos funktioniert. Ich habe keine Erklärung und keine auch keine Ursache nennen.Der Export von pdf in ppt, doc etc. funktioniert reibungslos.Es kann aber auch durchaus sein, dass die Datei im Explorer verborgen ist. Hier habe ich aber eigentlich schon alle Problembehandlungen durchgeführt, wie z.B. die Sichtbarkeit verborgener Datei etc.Ich freue mich auf euren Hinweis, danke!

"save as pdf" and "print to microsoft pdf" work fine, but when I do print to adobe I get a windows error message saying I do not have the permissions to save to that location. 

Hello everyone, I installed the Adobe version in the Microsoft Edge browser, but All tools does not have the ability to work with Certificates (Digitaly sign or certify documents and validate...), why? Maybe I need to install something additionally? Help, urgently? 

Hallo, Ich habe vor einigen Tagen den aktuellen Acrobat Pro (Version 2025.001.20474) installiert. Bis dahin hatte ich mit Version XI gearbeitet. Durch das barrierefreie Publizieren mussten wir nun auf diese Version umsteigen.Wenn ich «Preflight» aufrufe, werden mir unter Profile/Standard keine Ergebnisse angezeigt. Ebenso bei «alle anzeigen». Oben habe ich «PDF-Standards» ausgewählt.Muss man hier erst Profile laden oder wie muss ich vorgehen? Bei der XIer-Version musste ich aktiv keine Profile oder Ähnliches laden.Über Hilfe würde ich mich freuen.

Hi there,  I create healthcare documents in a variety of languages that must be reviewed for accessibility for screen reader users before publishing. I have run into a problem with a document translated into Khmer (Cambodian) - this was created in Word and then saved as a PDF, but this problem is happening even when I create documents from scratch in Adobe. [I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro - version 2023.006.20380] The font looks perfect on the PDF page, but in the content tool, the text in the containers is showing up interspersed with diamond question mark characters: �. According to my accessibility team, these characters will not be announced accurately by assistive technology - meaning we're stuck.   I've tried downloading multiple types of Khmer fontsI've tried creating the document from scratch in Adobe rather than saving from Word I've made sure that the downloaded fonts are saved in C:\Windows\FontsI saw some potentially relevant advice to

Hello, I have Acrobat Pro 2015 64 bit on a Windows 11 machine.When I click the preflight icon it opens the box but it is empty. It has the 3 icons at the top but if I click one a window poops up that says "unable to load user preferences" or something to that effect and it crashes Acrobat. I've included a screenshot of the blank preflight box. This tool worked flawlessly on my previous computer which had W10. I have all available updates, I've uninstalled and re-installed and also tried to repair the installation.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am running Adobe Acrobat Version 2025.001.20476 for Mac, and I have an active Acrobat Pro license.   A PDF that I need to use is secured using FileOpen plugin.    Everytime I try to open this PDF, it redirects me to the FileOpen download page.  I have installed the FileOpen plugin several times, and does not show up in my list of plugins under Acorbat / About Adobe Plugins menu. I have been working with FileOpen Support for a week now, and I they cannot figure out what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm preparing the last half of a form but for the life of me, I can  not get the 2nd line of a sentence to justify under the first.  This is highlighted in blue.  When I click on Prepare a Form, I see that there is a good amount of height that this second sentence.  What can I do to fix this?  

Adobe DC "Classic" installed by Dell.  (They will not support software)When printing to Adobe pdf from any windows application, the progress bar goes about half way and then it freezes.  The application freezes, too.It does not matter how large the file is.  I have to use task manager to end the process and the application.We have four identical computers, brand new Dell precisions - print to adobe pdf works just fine on the other three.  they are set up almost identically as far as software goes.  It only happens on this one.I have uninstalled and reinstalled AdobeConverting from a file seems to work just fine. (using the adobe application)All four computers have Vipre antivirus

Hi all and happy Wednesday!  Recently, a few files I have shared with staff come back to me with all comments locked, so I can't delete them unless I go through and unlock every single one of them. When there are 800 comments in one of 10 documents, that is not feasible! The staff don't know what they've done, but each one has been using the online function to add their comments, rather than the app, and then download the file to send to me. I assumed that all comments were auto-locked for some reason in this conversion, but some comments (maybe 3-4) were not locked, so I don't know what could be happening. Does anyone know how I can advise staff to avoid this? Or does anyone know if there is something I can turn off in the settings that would prohibit locking comments? Thanks a ton! 

Dear all,I have spent the last two hours creating an interactive PDF for my music theory students.I wrote all questions in Apple Pages (macOS 15.4.1), then exported the PDF and opened it in Acrobat.Using the Form tool, I added several dropdown menus and carefully crafted them to cover all the questions they will face in the examination. Out of the form tool, I checked for each one of them to work, then saved the document and also opened it in Preview, where I also checked for it to be working. Suddenly, the file got damaged and I cannot open it anymore. The error, in Italian, is Errore durante l'apertura del documento. Si è verificato un problema durante la lettura di questo documento (14).I absolutely have no time to remake this from scratch, especially if it will result in it becoming corrupted again. The file is attached below and I would appreciate if someone could help me diagnose what happened to it and possibly fix it in a way that I can use it again. Thank y
