Liebe Experten,meine Adobe Acrobat Pro XI (Version 11.0.23) hat schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel. Bei der Erzeugung einer E-Rechnung aus einem Büroprogramm heraus, erscheint die Fehlermeldung 16. Am Büroprogramm liegt der Fehler definitiv nicht. IMit dem Acroba Reader funktioniert das. Ist mein Acorbat zu alt? Gibt es eine Lösung?

I want to edit a PDF text in Acrobat but the font is not editable. I tried to follow this instruction: To embed the font please try the following steps and check.Go to Tools > Print Production >  Preflight select the “PDF fixups” option and select “Embed missing fonts” and click the “Analyze and fix” button to embed any unembedded fonts.After clicking Analyze and fix, you will be asked to save your new PDF document. Save it with the name and location you like. It will then automatically reopen in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.To be sure that this process has worked, right-click anywhere on the document and select DocumentProperties. You should now see the Document Properties Click on the Fonts tab. This menu should display (Embedded Subset or Embedded) after the name of each font.  BUT, as shown in the picture, the option "embed missing fonts" does not appear. How can I fix this issue so that I can edit my text with the same original font?

I have a very "simple" html file, simple in the sense that its plain legal HTML5 with only a couple of stylesinside it and is written by computer in html. It has always worked perfectly in all browsers for 15 years.It gets updated every few months. I've never tried converting before. This is one page. No Javascript.No external files at all.  It isn't a full web page .. no header etc. Its about 154 kilobytes. The problem must be the size. The maximum html pixel dimensions are950 high and 16600 wide. No matter how I try Acrobat won't convert the whole thing.  It gets about the left 2/3. A smaller test file that's only 15500 pixels wide works. I have a larger one tha's 225 kilobytes but is 36000 pixels wide. I would have expected this one to fail without reacaling, but not the other one.

i use several screens for working and to avoid turning my head quite so much, i would like to know if there is a preference for displaying the comments pane on the left hand side of the active pdf.

HelloI am facing an issue in an Enterprise environment where Adobe will crash while attempting to combination of Excel spreadsheets in Adobe.I believe this issue is tied to Excel as when we run an Online Office Repair the issue is resolved for a short time before it returns, roughly 10-15 days.I will also reach out on Microsoft's end to see if there's any input, but any feedback or ideas would be greatly appreciated.Operating system: Windows 11 Enterprise 24h2Excel Version: 2503 Current ChannelAdobe Version: 2025.001.20435

Hallo, ich nutze 2 Monitore und habe Acrobat so eingestellt, dass er sich immer im 2. Monitor öffnen soll. Seit ein paar Monaten öffnet sich Acrobat Pro immer im 1. Monitor (Windows Einstellungen - Hauptmonitor). Das war vorher nicht. Außerdem ziehe ich Acrobat vom Hauptmonitor in den 2. Monitor dann wird aus denem offenen Dokument in der Taskleiste 2 Einträge. Siehe Screenshot. Und: Warum gibt es keinen Emailsupport bei Adobe als Abo-Kunde? Und man muss in das Community-Forum schreiben?

Hi, No matter what I do, once I open or create any pdf and click edit I get this pop up. It removes the edit toolbar.I have fresh installed x2Used the adobe uninstaller.I have no idea why I keep getting this, I cannot use the software for the main purpose of editing pdfs!Thanks

Hello, using Acrobat Pro for Mac and often my files got corrupted. I open a file and when I insert text into it, save it, and often, the entered text got all mixed up, corrupted. Any clues?    

Hello,I am new to this forum, so please forgive me if my problem has been solved before!Recently, I bought a nex laptop.I have Acrobat XI Pro on my old laptop working perfectly.Installed Acrobat XI Pro on the new one as well (Windows 11) and got it updated to version 11.0.23 after some tries...This gave me, at start-up, the option to load a file from acrobat.com back. Hooray so far.However, when clicking on this option, I do no see my saved files in the Adobe cloud (and there are several!) but a screen that asks me to sign in.As I have an account, no prob you would think.... However....When clicking on sign-in button I get this screen: And that's it... Fully stuck!I can close this pop-up, but this returns me to the start screen.Anybody who can help me?I can see the files in the web browser and on my old laptop so they do exist!Reached out to helpdesk of Adobe, but they kindly and friendly told me to find out for myself... 😞Looking forward to replies...ThanksLVL

When I create PDF Portfolios, the Navigation Pane automatically opens and shows either the Page Thumbnails or the Bookmarks tab. If I close the page thumbnails / navigation pane on the first document in the portfolio, it re-opens when I move to the next document in the portfolio (and subsequently re-opens if I return to the first doc). Having to close the Thumbnails / Bookmarks tab (which takes up nearly 1/3 of the screen) for every single document in the portfolio is INCREDIBLY irritating, especially when there are often 100+ documents in each portfolio.  Is there a way to Permanently hide the Navigation Pane or otherwise stop the Page Thumbnails / Bookmarks from opening for every single document? I have tried:View > Show/Hide > Navigation Panes (all options)Navigation Pane:Reset PanesHide Navigation Pane ButtonsEmbed all page thumbnailsRemove all embedded thumbnailsFile > Properties > Initial View > Navigation Tab - Page Only As menti

Hello,After I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, it changed the way my PDF's are shown but just on my external monitors.  On my surface monitor, the PDF preview takes up the entire preview pane.  When I am on an external monitor, the PDF takes up a quarter of the space available.  Nothing I've tried seems to work.  It saves me so much time to use the PDF preview but now I have to open each PDF to determine the one I want.  See screenshot, the PDF should take up the yellow space

Hi All,  Until recently we were able to sign users into Adobe Reader and (providing they were assigned an Adobe Standard licence) this would enable Adobe Standard features automatically. However suddenly now if a user signs into Adobe Reader, they are prompted to download a seperate installer for Adobe Standard which includes Adobe Creative Cloud.   Am I missing something here?  The previous method was much better, how can I revert back to previous behaviour?  Thanks!

I'm working on a form that has 9 questions. Each question has 4 answers - either A, B, C or D - and the user will pick the answer that is most relevant to their situation. Each question is a group of four radio buttons and are marked as Q1, Q2 etc., up to Q9. The radio buttons within these groups are marked as "4", "3", "2" and "1" as these are the values I wish for them to return. The idea being that A = 4, B = 3, C = 2, D = 1.  There are three questions per page (3 pages for 9 questions) and on the final page I wish to display the total score. (As an example, if the user picks A for all 9 questions, they should receive a score of 36.) I am using a text field on the final page to display the score. Under the 'Format' tab I have the Format Category set to 'Number' and the Decimal Places set to '0'. Under the 'Calculate' tab, I have "Value is the sum (+) of the following fields:" selected. Hello, I am trying to find out if i can add a watermark to my pdf's using Adobe Acrobat Pro on my iPad Pro (M4)?  I have scoured the World Wide Web but have had no luck on finding content on how to do this?  the AI system within Adobe gives a play by play on how to do it, but it's not accurate.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi All,I'm trying to get 2 separate images together on one layer. I thought I could accomplish this by first creating 2 separate layers and then merging them into 1, but the second picture doesn't seem to make the transfer. When I click on the layer that should have both, I only see the original picture.  In the below screenshot, I want the picture from the "3VBox" layer to be merged into the "4/3V" layer, so after selecting "3VBox" from the options on the left (bringing it to the middle) , I would click on "4/3V" on the right box and then select "OK". Once I do, the "3VBox" layer does disappear, as expected, but its picture is nowhere to be found on the "4/3V" layer. Am I doing something wrong in the below screenshot, or do I just not understand how merging works? Thanks!!  

Hi!I need to revise some old sales tax returns for a client and wanted to see if I could do it with either Adobe Acrobat or InDesign.The tax returns are interactive and look like this - http://tax.illinois.gov/TaxForms/Sales/ST-1-X.pdf I want to use an Excel file with my data and map it to the forms for each month that needs to be revised.I have 4 years of tax returns (48 months) and three different entities so this would create 144 individual sheets.Can anyone recommend the best way to do this?Thank you!

Hi, I am facing issue in with Adobe Acrobat Pro 12, we got a Serial Key and local installator.So, after around 1 months seems that Acrobat stops to work, You can click on any .pdf file and its not opening.Nothing is happening, just a circle next to our coursor on Windows 10 22H2.Last month I just uninstalled Acrobat for my user but its not a good workaround that I have to re-install software every month.  When we install acrobat pro there no such errors and it works properly for at least 1 month. Any idea what might I should do on user machine? Maybe it require registry change or something or extra activation?  Best,Wojciech 

It seems adobe acrobat online is missing replace selected text tool. There's only underline, and strikethrough. I tried the strikethrough and it just comments, and doesn't replace the text when importing the comment in indesign. It was there last weekish... help?!?  

 I have Acrobat Acrobat Pro license expired.But even though I am not editing PDF, why am I facing this error and I am not able to open the embedded PDF?

I know you can reverse the page order when printing out of InDesign (via Print Dialog "General" options) but is there a quick and easy (non-3rd party plug-in or script) to reverse page order within Acrobat DC. On looking up other answers; a MVP said he would never see a need for this but here in Wales, UK we have native Welsh language and English speakers and we produce a lot of bilingual documents, often with one language reversed and rotated to make up one half of a booklet.
