Good Morning,In the last two weeks when I receive an email with an attachment, I can't open it.  I can see it on Preview only, and it gives me a half-screen.  Otherwise, when I try to open it in anything, its a gray-covered screen and nothing works.  I have already created an account and it says I have Adobe Pro.  I need to be able to double click attachements and open them like I was doing for the last two years but I have no idea of how to even approach this.  Please help!  Thank you,Benjamin

i need a 64 bit installer for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC current version, where do I get that and the command line to just install the Adobe Acrobat Pro (not all the apps, just that one), need to install it silently on work machines, i want to turn off all advertisements and turn off all subscriptions, just need to deploy it and allow it to auto update

Example: When I try to change 02/28/25 to 03/31/25 in Edit, I get this: 03/3//25You can imagine the frustration.  Please help.

I am recieveing the following error whenever I try to open a large PDF file (over 35,000 kb) with Adobe Pro: "There was an error opening this document. The file size exceeds the limit allowed and cannot be saved." I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Pro and purchased a new computer, but still get the same error. Our office uses OneDrive and other people are able to open the same files with Adobe on their computers. What can I try next? Thanks.

I have a PC running Acrobat Pro 25.001.20435 and Office 16.0.18623.20156.  In Outlook, there used to be an option to combine PDFs in email attachments which is no longer present.  The PDFMaker Add-In is installed and loaded.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat to no avail.

I produce PDFs where I work that have both A- and B-size pages (i.e., letter and tabloid). When we first produce the PDF, all pages are B-size. We have to go through and crop A-size pages to 8.5" from the right. I'd like to be able to just press a hotkey that would crop a single page or set of selected pages to 8.5" without going through the Crop Pages dialog. I've tried creating a Custom Action to do this but there's no option for selected pages; it only allows a specific page, page range, or all pages to be cropped. It also has no options to assign a hotkey. We have Evermap, so that's available to us if that's a good option to create this tool. I would be thrilled if we could create a tool that would crop the pages automatically. The right hand side of pages that need to be cropped have no content whatsoever. If there was a tool that could detect that and crop the page to 8.5" from the right automatically, that would be a massive bonus. But I'd be happy with having a hotkey and

Hi All, I am optimizing a PDF with Acrobat .. and it is deleting images on 3 pages .. images I need. I've tried to insure they are on the top layer .. but they are there in the uncompressed version .. gone in the compressed version. Any ideas?Thanks, David

I am trying to make and accessible PDF and when I ran the full check, the message "character encoding failed" came up. When I clicked on it, it showed "word" a bunch of times. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

so I have been stuck on Upgrading key features, for about a week now. I just wiped and re-installed windows thinking that could solve it and its still stuck on this part of the install.  the fact that we have 0 way of seeing the actual installation status is the biggest part of whats making me angry. how the F do I solve this?

Why do I lose the ability to highlight text in a document. Why I open it the first few times it works, then for no reason it won't lwt me highlight. I thought this was a basic function in the free reader. Do I need to buy a subscription now?

I apologize for posting this again, but I still can't get an imagine to resize in a pdf I'm editing in Adobe Pro.  I have used this product for years and it was as simple as grabbing the arrow on the corner of the image and resizing it. I can't imagine why this no longer works. I can only move the image with my arrows on the keyboard and not my mouse.  Hopefully someone has identified the problem and can share... this is so frustrating as it's something I have done thousands of times. 

Hello,We have an issue with the Logistics team. When they print DPD invoices that use the SegoeUI font, the fonts in Teams and Outlook appear distorted after some time. They then need to reset the fonts and restart the computer. They are using Adobe Standard (licensed) software, and when printing with other programs, the font does not get distorted, but they do not want to change the default program. I found that Adobe previously had a "use system fonts" feature, but it’s no longer available.

How can I get a refund for a subscription that was made without my permission. I want to make a refund if possible. I agreed to a free subscription for a week a long time ago, and I completely forgot to cancel it. Now I've been charged the money I really needed. Now I really want my money back. I hope for understanding

I have Acrobat Pro.  It opens slowly, so I'd like to use Reader to read PDFs instead.  However, attempts to install Reader lead to a message that it is already installed.  Seems to me this is Adobe's way of saying one can't have both.  Is that the case?

Recently I purchase a new computer.  I downloaded an updated version of Adobe to the new computer and also downloaded by QuickBooks 2023 Desktop program.  QuickBooks no longer provides an opportunity for me to print or save documents in PDF format.  How do I fix that problem?

opening the pdf results in all the fields being blank. Tried reinstalling acrobat as well as rebooting. same results.documents opened fine in acrobat right before i updated to latest version.documents still open fine using "preview" in mac.

Have always been using prepare form tool with my previous laptop but since switching to an new laptop and using Creative Cloud, I no longer have the "prepare from" tool in Adobe Acrobat.I've triple checked that I'm not using Adobe Acrobat Reader as that one doesn't support the functionality but using Adobe Acrobat Standard 2023.006 Also did an uninstall and reinstall to see if that would solve the issue but no luck. Checked also latest updates (which there were none).I can see under the Adobe plug-ins that Acroform.api is loaded and certified.I've checked that pdf is not protected or I'm using a pdf in PDF/A format. Also tried to start from a word file and convert into pdf but no change Anybody any ideas how to solve this?

I HAVE A PDF ACROFORM THAT HAS SEVERAL DOC LEVEL IF/ELSE SCRIPTS TO SHOW/HIDE FIELDS. THESE ARE EXECUTED PRIOR TO REQUESTING SIGNATURES. EVERYTHING HAS WORKED SINCE INCEPTION MONTHS AGO, BUT NOW ARTIFACTS ARE APPEARING AFTER ACRO SIGN PROCESSES THE DOC TO SEND FOR SIGNATURE. i WENT BACK AND PRINTED/DOUBLE CHECKED SCRIPTS FOR ERRORS BUT NOTHING SEEEMS OUT OF PLACE. COULD IT BE THAT I ALSO USE THIS FORM OVER AND OVER AGAIN AS A TEMPLATE AND IT'S POSSIBLY CORRUPTED SOMEHOW? I ALSO WENT BACK TO MY ORIGINAL VERSION BUT STILL THOSE ARTIFACTS KEEP APPEARING. I have a fillable form with two signature fields (BonaFideNeedSig and FundApproverSig) that both must be completed before the user is allowed to submit the form via email. I envisioned a single javascript that executed upon "mouse up" on the Submit button. I think that in order to have the "submit" function depend on the signature fields being filled, the "submit" function needs to be built into an if statement in the javascript (as opposed to just using the generic "submit a form" action in the drop-down). I think the pieces I need are mostly in this old thread but I can't figure out how to put it together for my use case: JavaScript Validation to Submit Form  I've also seen this as an example which maskes sense to me, but I don't have a sufficient grasp of javascript syntax to flesh it out for my situation.
