Hi all!  First time poster, but excessive investigator. Does anyone know how to expand the tag tree for multilple tags? For example, if I have a Table Row with four Table Data cells and I wanted to expand then contents for all of them as opposed to having to manually (via mouse or keyboard shortcuts) each cell. I've tried searching and I cannot figure it out! Thank you in advance!

Hi there, I am trying to get acrobat to recogniuze Korean. It shows up fine in the pdf itself, but when i select the text and C&P it somewhere else, it comes out as random numbers, letters, and boxes. When I try to add the language pack found here this is what appears:Then, when i click ok, this comes up: Im using the continuous release version 2022.003.20322 

Hello! This just started happening today and I cannot figure out what to do.  I have tried 100% of of everything in the recently updated Troubleshooting Acrobat artcile on Adobe Help... then I also uninstalled/reinstalled Creative Cloud and Acrobat... followed by uninstalling and reinstalling my printer/scanner and the same issue continues.  Scanner still works properly in Photoshop and the other apps. Anyone else having this issue? Here's a screen shot to help it make more sense.  Thanks!

I've done some digging in these forums and found out it is possible to change an annotation type from highlight to strikeout. Is there a code that places a caret right before the strikeout and copies its contents? I'm very new to javascript, haven't been able to find a solution yet

Why do my PDF documents keep going to the Acrobat Reader DC reader instead of Acrobat Pro DC? (Mac)  How do I make Acrobat Pro the default for all PDF files?Thank you! Lela

It takes 30 seconds for Acrobat to open from the task bar. 24.1 on W11 24H2 It also takes a long time for a pdf to open from windows explorer.

I ran my document through the accessibility checker and it identified three of my annotations (links) that weren't tagged. I followed the instructions from this help guide but when I open the annotations in the content panel and try to follow the directions and create artifact, but the option to do that was greyed out. Why is this? How do I tag my links?

HiI have been a digital certificate holder for over six years, successfully installing it on a new laptop every two years. A couple of months ago, I replaced my old laptop with a new one (IdeaPad Pro 5 14' R7 - Windows 11 Home - 16GB - 512GB). However, unlike previous cases, I am unable to digitally sign documents.My certificate appears under Adobe's "Identities & Trusted Certificates", but when I attempt to digitally sign a document, it does not appear in the list of available certificates. The installed Adobe version is as follows: I have tried repairing and reinstalling the application. I have also tried to make more attempts to import the digital certificate. But the issue persists.I reached out to the certificate issuer, FNMT, for support, but they stated that this is an issue that needs to be resolved by Adobe.I would appreciate your assistance in identifying and resolving the problem. Best regards,Paolo

I'm having a weird annoying issue I can't figure out. Whenever i create a popup it is created at a really small cramped size where hardly any text fits (see screenshot) - i have to manually expand every time i create a popup and its anooying and time wasting. If i bin my prefs it resets to the correct size so it is a setting stored in the prefs plist file somewhere but there are so many entries i cant figure out which controls this. I have many settings i wish to keep, hence simply resetting ALL prefs isn't a good solution for me. Thanks!

Hello,  I have been editing a script originally made by Karl Heinz (link to the original script) and it works flawlessly on Windows OS. When I try to process a text recognition on multi-page pdf documents (about 50 pages scanned with a document scanner), after some pages this error message appears: "Unable to process the page because the Paper Capture recognition service experienced an error. (6)"Acrobat version: Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, version 2020.009.20065,OS version: Win 10 pro 2004 / Win 10 pro 1909It was working about two months ago. Now when I run the text recognition on the same documents it worked with 2 months ago, I get this error.Adobe support could not help me, they suspect that the content (the scanned pdf documents) are the reason for this problem.Does anyone know about this or is there a solution for this problem? 

I have a drop down field (A or B) that needs to be selected based on the value of two other fields if C > D Dropdown = AIf C < D Drowpdown = B How can I write this?I am definitely new to this and have googled quite a few other answers, but this one is hard to narrow down. Thx in advance

I have a 10-page fillable form. I am able to moved tab order for fields on every page but one (page 4). I have changed settings, closed and resaved, unlocked, relocked, changed the sort order, went back to tab order, and nothing works. Is this a bug? Does anyone have a solution that doesn't involve rebuilding the entire form? thank you.

Every time the first redaction is made to a document, a blue banner that says "There are unapplied redactions in this file. You can continue to select more text and images to redact, or apply to remove them" - And a button that says "Apply". I work with documents that can be 2000 pages long and have redactions throughout. I'd previously been using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017, and it didn't have this feature. If I'm redacting constantly I know there are unapplied redactions, it's not helpful and I'm struggling to find a way to get rid of it. I also do not want to apply redactions each time I save my document. These are working documents are the redactions are applied at the end of the end of the project. Is there anyway to change the default way save so that it doesn't ask if we want to apply the redactions? Because we do this manually.

Is it possible to have a text field show and can be editable when a specific radio button is selected? I have a text field (text 1) that i want to show when radio button (other) from (group1) is selected and is able to be typed into. i would like this to remain hidden when the other radio buttons are selected. 

I have a bizarre problem.  Using Adobe Acrobat 8 or Reader 10, if I print, let's say, a 5 page .pdf document, the even pages (2 and 4) come out garbled (text is backwards, lines missing and printed half-way, etc.).  I've attached a sample, 2 page doc I printed.  Now, if I print the even pages individually, they come out looking fine. I've tried the "advanced" "print to image" fix, tried to update the programs and nothing.  Everything else prints fine on my computer. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Full disclosure: I am a UX dweeb and have been since the earliest days of personal computing. (I still regard the first edition of Alan Cooper's "About Face" as the bible of usability, and have a website devoted to the usability of medical software.) "Beware of what you ask for." I have long bemoaned the cluttered and anti-intuitive Acrobat and Reader interfaces. So I applaud the decision to, in 2023, launch a new, more streamlined interface. Have you ever heard "Never buy software that is version 1.0?" And yes, I have done a bunch of alpha and beta testing, and that's why I figure anyone who buys 1.0 software needs to realize that they're signing up to be beta testers.. I hereby dub the new Acrobat/Reader interface "New Acrobat 1.0." It has a lot going for it. But… one of the problems with this interface is poor discoverabilty of basic functions. I'm not going to go into details, but I suspect others using New Acrobat 1.0 will agree, and eagerly await New Acrobat 1.1. T

I have been creating forms for my workplace which have recently been published online for the public to use. When creating the forms, I tried to make sure that any boxes that allowed multi-line text did not exceed the size of the box, did not create a scroll bar if too much was written, and did not make the text size smaller if too much was written. After testing different properties on the form fields, I found that this worked: size 10 font, Open Sans font, check spelling ticked and multi-line ticked. I specifically disabled scroll long text and made the font a certain size so that I wouldn't get the issues about. After testing multiple times on Adobe Acrobat and also in Google Chrome (to make sure the properties translated when a PDF was opened elsewhere), I didn't find any problems. However, my work has now received two seperate forms where the form fields with these properties are not working in the same way they did for me. Hey, So today was the last day of my free trial in which I was going to cancel and Adobe charged me 26 dollars total and only said they would refund 19.99 of that would I get the full refund now that I canceled my subscription or would it be canceled and I just paid for the whole month. I have no intentions to use Adobe

How to cancel/unsubscribe to the free trial,  manage plan only shows I have no paid plans and I cannot find a location that gives me the option to click and cancel/unsubscribe.  I downloaded the free trial from the Adobe site

When I receive a pdf from an outsource, it won't print on my printer. I can print a pdf from my compter, but not one thzt was created on another computer. This also applies to forms generated on a website.  I get an error message about a "postscript". I have tried everything..resaving the pdf, copying the pdf. All it does is that it wants to save it. I can't get it to print. I've tried to check my settings, but to no avail.  Can anyone help? Thanks. Barbara
