Jeg er logget ind, men kan ikke få lov til at konvertere filer fra pdf til word eller jpeg. Adobe siger jeg skal købe adgang, men jeg har betalt i flere år. Acrobat er opdateret til nyeste version.

Kan ikke konvertere filer

Plan: Adobe Acrobat Export PDF. Er oprettet som bruger gennem flere år.

Problem: Jeg kan logge ind, og website registrerer mig. Men alligevel kan jeg ikke konvertere filer. Hver gang jeg prøver, kommer et billede op om at jeg skal købe et abonnement eller få en prøveperiode.

Thank you for your reply. No, I haven’t exhausted the limitation. My problem is: The moment I click on the link to start converting, the program/app immediately start a pop-up stating that I have to sign-up, even though I am already logged in. Hence, it seems like the program doesn’t recognize me as a member
