My adobe acrobat premium is expired, however it's not reach to one year, a popup message appear in the app. says "upgrade to get access to premium edit tools".

I tried even to sign out, and sign in again, but it didn’t work, also my account is linked by two email, that’s why I tried to login with the other email, but it didn’t work as well.

    Did you get a resolution to this? I have a similar problem. Just was speaking to customer support and the call dropped. They said to sign out and in again but that hasn’t helped. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app without success.

    Account and license issues can only be handled by Adobe’s customer support. This is likely not what you want to do, and I fully understand - I hate when I have to all any customer support number, or enter a chat. But again, they are the only ones who can help you.
