    Hi there

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

We need some more information for a better understanding:

    1. Is this an issue with a particular PDF file, or with all password-protected PDFs when you try to print? Try with a different PDF file and check.

    2. What is the workflow/steps you are taking? When you try to print the file, is Adobe PDF selected in the printer list, or is it your usual printer?

    3. Check the document restriction summary, open the PDF, press Ctrl+D to open the Document Properties box, then click the Security tab to check any restrictions applied to the document, and confirm whether printing is allowed.

You may also try printing the PDF as an image: open the PDF > Print > Advanced > Print as Image, and see if that works. For more information you may also check the help page https://adobe.ly/49Ymb3z

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi @Cicera

We definitely dont want our users to have this experience. Sorry for the troubled experience.

This definitely would waste a lot of time to have this issue troubleshoot over Community.  I would suggest reaching out to our product support team and they will look into it thoroughly. adobe.com/about-adobe/contact.html ensure you login with your Adobe ID that has active subcription
