How do I find my postings, looking for answer but not able to find anything.Where do I look? 

Is there a place to discuss how slow and at times clueless adobe online help is? Adobe site search? And Adobe help pages? I wanted to find out it if I could set crop ratios in photoshop iPad. Adobe help pages had nothing. Adobe site search pointed at nothing useful, and nothing really even remotely germaine. Then it took 3 sessions with online support to finally get the answer: not yet. Why is this so hard? 

I have been on the chat now for 45 minutes and 4 different agents who have either transfered me without reason or ended the conversation without any support what so ever.  How do i complain about this and get some support with my issue?

Anybody else receiving these emails? Seems like spam as I'm getting more than one every single day! For some reasons I get a message everytime a new Topic is given to the Illustrator-Forum.But I do not see where I can uncheck this. My settings are the following:

My account was used without my authorization. During this time a message was posted on this forum that was not in line with the Adobe's rules / regulations, therefore Adobe indefinitely blocked my access to this forum. I was not informed about there drastic decision until 2 weeks after they took this unfortunate measure.I need to keep this account for business purposes. FYI - I do not believe that it is ethical to simply create a fraudulent account (under a fraudulent ID) in order to skirt around this issue. I'm looking to contact a programmer in the Adobe Support Community tech support department, who, with a simple few keystrokes can restore my access to this forum. I'm hoping someone here can provide the means for me to reverse this unforeseen eviction. Thank you in advance.

I have posted a couple queries, but, being a neophyte at this community, i have no idea where to find any replies to my questions. Where do I go to find if anyone has kindly taken the time to respond?

Thanks Dave for starting this forum. It is good that this MESS of a forum has a dedicated space for not only ACPs and MVPs to post there TOTAL Dislike with the way this supposedly better forum design has gone so wrong but also the people looking for help using Adobe software. I was going to unlock your post and reply to it to move it to the top. But realized that it was a Featured post and would be at the top "IF" Relevance was the users selection of how to sort, view, the post list (who in there right mind would leave it set to Relevance. (And what is Relevance) Relevant to WHO?) So at the top of my list right now is Stop with the Relevance stuff and make some posts Sticky, IE At the TOP of the post list, no matter which Sort option is chosen (And with that you could get rid of the Relevance option. Was looking for the UserVoice for Creative Cloud (the app itself) but couldn't find it. This seems to be a common conundrum for me. Is there a page that links to all of the UV sites? I feel like I saw a community post with some compiled, but it would be super if Adobe would make them all easy to find.  Thanks! P.S.: I know asking Adobe to make anything easy is often a fools's errand, but I thought I'd try.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So, I'm learning Photoshop and often have to post in the Photoshop Ecosystem Community to ask a question.  Before I am albe to post it makes me select a topic "to help users find my post", but I am never able to create one, and none of them fit my post.  HOw do I add a new one.  See attached photo for what is availabe.  I would love to ad a "how to" topic in the Photoshop community!

My work e-mail address changed, and I've lost access to my old Adobe Community account.Adobe Support said that'd be something to bring up with my company's IT team, but they're a bit clueless when it comes to managing Adobe integrations.Is there any way to merge the Adobe Community accounts, or just to delete this Adobe Community account and modify the associated e-mail on the old one?I still receive incoming e-mails at the old address, so I could verify ownership of the old account if needed; I only can't log into it right now because it's no longer my principal user ID for SSO, which my company has set up for Adobe.

I posted a question this morning on the Discussion for Adobe Photoshop: Resizing image within the layer mask no longer working I noticed in my email there were some upvotes, and two responses. By the time I was able to get back in to see the responses, my URL to the communities pages auto redirects to: https://community.adobe.com/t5/errors/errorpageThe tab briefly flashes: "You are not allowed to access this site" as this redirect happens. It is only happening with the username (my work account), not via my personal account.Has my access to the forums been restricted? When I look up my username, it appears the question has been removed too, why?Thank you
