When I publish to a SharePoint online folder, duplicate TOCs display.

I am using Windows 10 and RoboHelp 2019 (Reimagined).RoboHelp is not publishing correct files to SharePoint Online. It publishes them correctly to the local drive but a previous help system displays when publishedto a SharePoint Online folder. I have Republish All checked, the upload location is correct, and the address is correct, I have created a new folder on SharePoint and published to that but the problem still persists. I am using Responsive HTML5. 

RoboHelp Reimagined keeps giving Application error message when opening. If I restart Robohelp as recommended, it keeps giving the message.        

I have configured my master page and I do a preview and it looks right. However, when I generate my pdf, the logo does not display and my page number is towards the middle rather than towards the right.  I have selected A4 in my PDF output preset. Do I have to configure the  page size somewhere in my RH project? 

Are the following issues fixed in RoboHelp 2019 or do I need to maually perform the steps mentioned in the links for RoboHelp 2019:https://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/kb/context-sensitive-webhelp-topic-calls-not-working-in-firefox.html https://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/kb/webhelp-output-loading-issue-firefox.html   

For clarification, I am adding a new book with content and it currently appears as shown below (example): [Authors/Book]-Overview of Authors' (topic)-Author 1 (topic)-Author 2 (topic) I want the content of 'Overview of Authors' to appear on the Authors page and NOT appear as a seperate page.  How can I make this happen?  Note: I do want the pages for Author 1 & 2 to remain as seperate pages. One additional question: I created my books and topics in TOC, not Project Manager.  Is there a way I should/can link the new book & topics in project manager?  As it stands, they appear and function correctly in the output (just in TOC).  However, should these be simply duplicated in the Project Manager?

When I open my Robohelp2019 project, I don't see any TOC contents in the author mode (it's just a blank project). But if I generate the project, I am able to view the entire contents in the Frameless output. I used to be able to view the contents, I don't know what I did to 'hide' the view. Can anyone help? Attaching a picture of my open RH project (that actually has content - you just can't see it!).  

I created Sections in the project TOC and generated Responsive HTML5 online help.When I view help in Microsoft Edge, the TOC only shows the first Section I added. When I click the Section all the topics display. None of the other sections I added show up.When I view help in Google Chrome, the TOC shows all the topcs and only the first Section I added. None of the other sections I added show up.

RH12 | WebHelp   Does any one know if there's a way to force RoboHelp to retain the <thead> and <tbody> tags? I'm pasting a table into the HTML view and when I switch to Design view it strips out these tags.   Thanks Jonathan  

We use Zoho desk for our support center. If we want to use RoboHelp micro content for the knowledge base and chatbots can we do something to make it work or does Zoho have to do something to make it work?

I'm trying to create a PDF output for my WebHelp project. I'm getting this error message:The Word VBA macro version registered is incorrect.Please reinstall Printed Documentation.I've search RoboHelp 2015 online help and the forum and can't find an answer. Hello all~ I am an utter newbie with Robohelp.I'm using Robohelp 2019.I'd like to replace the default circle logo in the output with my company's logo. Can't seem to find how to do that in the manual nor online.  Can someone explain?  

Is there a way to quickly go to a topic in RH2019? In the classic version, I used to be able to click a topic within the Contents panel, press a letter, such as p or pro, and RH would immediately highlight the topic that starts with p or pro. The latest RH2019 version no longer supports that feature. So I have to scroll all the way down my hundreds of topics to get to the topics that start with T.

I am using RoboHelp 2019.0.14. I tried to edit the Numbered list to show bigger font, but each time I change any of the formats the bracket, period, other symbol disappears. I have also tried to increase the spacing between the number and text, but the bracket, etc. still does not show. Does anyone know if this bug has been fixed?   

Hi thereAnother annoying bug in RoboHelp 2019 modern UI (update 12) I guess 😞I have a document in FrameMaker with a table. The whole table is set up with 2 conditional tags, and I have the conditional expresion "Tag1 or Tag2". Very simple.When I import the document in Robohelp, the table vanishes (no sign of the table in html view), but if I don't set the conditional expresion but a single condition, it works and RH shows the table.Any clues?   Thanks a lot for your time

Hi Folks, I am looking for an option to link a folder to text written on a page.Just like we can link text to related topics, can we link a text to a folder , that when we click the text it hits the folder.

I'm using RH 2019 with the latest fixes. It's a merged project with Azure Blue layout. I generate once but post twice: once is via our software using CSH and once is to our client web portal (not CSH). When called via our software, everything works fine. When called from our web portal, however, and the search/side navigation is invoked, the page freezes on latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE. We have a coworker on an older web browser (I'm not sure what though) for whom everything works fine. I last posted to the web 5/11 and it worked for everyone. The freezing was first reported on 6/18. Anyone have any suggestions?    Moderator: Title changed to "published" for clarity.

Given my problem with HTML5 layouts (sections not linking to topics), converting project to Frameless.I feel like an idiot - but I can't seem to add the company logo to the Header (using Oceanic as base). Have Header > Logo selected.In the BACKGROUND section, I have updated the image path to company logo (white png, with transparent background). Image is in content>assets>images.Specified image size (204 px x 82 px)No shading. With Header > logo-box selected, specified the same Image Size. I assume I don't select an image here (although I have tried it both ways).. The company logo simply does not show up in the preview or help. What am I missing? Thx.  

Hi all,Have one issue I can't resolve. I have a RH project that contains several outputs based on person's permissions in app. So, when I type some words in search field under one permissions, I can also see the search results from other output. Could anyone tell me how can I disable search options, so it works only within logged in permissions? Thanks!

Hello! I'm using the "indigo" skin for a repsonsive HTML5 layoour and I've pretty much customised it to a point where I'm happy. However, there is one thing I haven't been able to do and that is to customise the ToC buttons on the main page to use a custom image, such that each item will have a different image that I can define. Below is how it looks now: And here is how I'd like it to look (apologies for the poor mockup!): As you can see, the "book" icon has been replaced with a unique custom image for each of the three items on the main page. I've checked the Indigo settings and it only permits me to choose a custom icon for only ONE book or item and that icon will be used for everything of that type, which is obviously not what I want. I can't see any easy way to do this - and note that the main index page could have upwards of 30 items and I'd like a custom image for each of them - so was hoping that someone here can help me out!Thanks!

Hi, Everyone. In RH 2019, new UI, I'm trying to avoid inline formatting/styling as a best practice. But if I use the buttons in the toolbar to create, say, an unordered bullet list or a table, is that in-line styling? I ask because when I look at the code view, I don't see <span> tags around them.  Thank you!

I have created my connection profile but when I try to add a project I get the following error: Failed call with repositoryClient: Unauthorized. Check your authentication credentials and try again. I can access this repository directly in Visual Studio and create new projects so I am not sure why my authentication credentials are not working.

We use a lot of images. Many of them can be used in multiple topics for different reasons. Is there a way to keep track of previously generated images for future use. We currently recreate images for diffrent topics because we don't have a method to find the original and reuse it. We are using RoboHelp 2019.0.12

Hi everyone!I'm new to technical writing but will be taking over the primary help text authoring duties at my workplace in a couple of months. We use RoboHelp, and I've been learning a bit of it on my own, but I learned yesterday that there may be some training dollars available for me to take an actual RoboHelp class. I'm interested in learning everything I can but with the intent to publish a lot of content in the Responsive HTML5 output. I have no background with HTML, CSS, etc.I found a few courses through searching the web, but I am a bit in the dark about which one would be the best. Given my goals and level of experience, does anyone have a recommendation? Either from the list I have below, or another course that you know of?
