I'm at the end of my rope trying to interact with the representatives in the customer service department. I would like to make a formal complaint specifically about the customer service - but I can't find an email option. Where do you send complaints?I have an adobe-stock account for work, and in that account, which is under one email address and one phone number, somehow there ended up being two profiles. One is labeled "Personal" and the other is labeled the name of my company. Both had just under 100 credits each. I have no idea why they were separate. The quality is atrocious. Adobe has broken my trust by letting these unprofessional liars sell garbage on a premium platform. At least for teams. Needed 5-image equevalant credits ($49.95) becuase we are not seeking any subsriptions. To my surprise, email confirmation showed that it will be renewed annually. Chat support told me they can cancel this renewal once we use our credits. This was not disclosed on Adobe's Stocks for Teams page. As a matter of fact it states that we would have to renew manually. Adobe sure knows how to get "creative".

Hello,I have a question regarding the use of AI-generated images as references for creating original vector artwork.My workflow is the following:I may use an AI image generator to create an image that serves only as a visual reference or starting point.I do not upload the AI-generated image itself to Adobe Stock.I manually recreate the artwork completely from scratch in Inkscape.The final SVG/EPS/vector file is created manually by me. I redraw the shapes, paths, colors, details, and composition myself rather than using an automatic image-to-vector tracing function.The final submitted file does not contain the original AI-generated image or AI-generated raster elements.My question is:If the final vector artwork is entirely recreated manually by me from scratch in Inkscape, and the AI-generated image was used only as a visual reference, do I need to mark the Adobe Stock submission as “Created using generative AI”?In other words, can such a manually created vector illustration be submitte

Hi everyone,I’ve received a message from Copytrack regarding an image I used, claiming that it’s not properly licensed. I’d like to provide proof of my license, but in my license overview on Adobe Stock, I can see that the image is licensed but can’t find an option to download a physical license.I’ve noticed online that some mention a ‘License ID,’ but I don’t have this tab in my overview. I can only see the standard license, stock media ID, date, author, and price. Could someone advise me on how to proceed or download a more detailed proof of license? Christopher, hello. I have a copyright company requesting proof of a license for an image I downloaded in 2019. I sent them a screenshot bigger than this, but they are being unreasonable. How can I get this info?

Since I do not know what these payments are I need a confirmation showing that I approved these debits from my credit card.  My other option is to just stop any payment.

Hello,I have an active Adobe Creative Cloud Standard subscription. I recently downloaded 2 assets (images) with a Standard License from the Free category on Adobe Stock and incorporated them into a website design for a client.How do I properly transfer or assign this Standard License to my client upon delivering the final website?I would like to avoid requiring the client to create an Adobe Stock account just for these 2 free images. Is it sufficient to create a client transfer document/contract that explicitly lists the Asset IDs and hands over the usage rights for this specific project? In the event of a copyright compliance check (e.g., automated copyright crawlers), would this documentation along with the Asset IDs be enough for the client to prove legal usage? Can I create a paint by numbers art of an adobe stock image and sell it? I just want to make sure so that I am sure about what I am selling.

I’ve been talking to agents in the chat for 30 mins now trying to get a simply credit back to my Adobe Stock credits for a bad image I downloaded (a vector file that was not a vector file).This is happening multiple times a week. I have lost SO much time trying to get credits back for bad images. Any reason why I shouldn’t just cancel my subscription?!Any tips for how to get your credits back quicker? The chat agents never understand! 

I downloaded he svg file but it is not a vector - it’s just a poor quality raster image inside an svg file.  By contributor MDHAMIDUL
