Hello Support, my contributor account has been blocked. I changed my password and deleted all sessions. Please take another look at this—I did everything according to your rules. I never created AI images; I always photographed my own material or created it with Photoshop. If that was an issue here.What should I do to get my account reactivated, as I still have over €100 in my account. Thanks,Michael from germany.

Why is my image search so limited? Does it affect my plan?I have an old account. When I search for "Indonesia flag," it displays many options, displaying 1 of 100 pages. However, when I search using my current account (a different account), it only displays 1 page. Also, when I access an image link that isn't on my current account, a notification appears:"Page not foundSorry, that page doesn't existTry your search again."I asked the support admin about this. I thought it was an issue with my individual plan, not a team plan. However, the support admin said that wasn't the case. He told me to relogin or clear the cache. I've done that, and the results are the same.Please help me.

Recently downloaded an asset from Adobe Stock (https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/building-web-icons-in-line-style-hotel-hospital-apartament-city-town-house-mall-coffee-collection-vector-illustration/780136570?prev_url=detail) - this asset has clearly been created from a very poor quality image trace in Adobe Illustrator. These are also not editable strokes. I would imagine that all of the similar assets from this creator are the same.  Adobe needs a way of reporting slop like this. I would also like a credit refund for this rubbish. 

I’ve been a long-time Adobe Stock subscriber. Recently, my credit card wasn’t updated in time, and as a result my accumulated credits were permanently removed.When I contacted support, I was told there is no grace period and no one-time restoration option — even for long-standing customers.I understand policies need to exist. However, it feels discouraging that loyalty does not appear to factor into situations like this.Has anyone else experienced this?Is there any escalation path or exception process that worked for you?I’m hoping to understand if this is strictly enforced across the board or if there are any solutions others have found.

Posting in the Adobe Create Cloud uservoice after a recommendation from online live chat help, as Adobe Stock neither has its own Uservoice or Feature Request submission option. There needs to be an easier way to report an issue with an individual image from Stock.Adobe.com. I've had a couple incidents where an item either was showing up in safe search despite being explicit, or the final downloaded image is different than what was shown on the preview - e.g., downloading a vector file for a set of multiple logo icons and receiving only one with a different layout. Going through help chat to report this is tedious and time-conusming. The live chat assistants usually assume I'm either swiping the unpurchased watermarked preview and complaining about its resolution, or I'm trying to get credit back for a purchase. This is not their fault, but it takes going in circles a few times to figure out I'm just trying to report an issue with an image so other users don't come across it

From last week to this week, InDesign 2026 has been crashing constantly. It does autosave, but even when it recovers, it still reports that the file is damaged. In addition, when the program opens, my settings—such as my workspace—are not saved, as if everything resets on its own.This has become extremely frustrating. I have many projects to complete for my job, and these issues are slowing me down and causing significant inconvenience.

Since Adobe makes it difficult to contact them to inform them of poor quality products, I'm going to post here. Apologies if this is not the correct avenue, but I guess that's another complaint for another day. I would like Adobe to be aware that the content in their Stock library is often of very poor quality. There are numerous cases of repetitive images with only slight differences, where the contributors are clearly just trying to squeeze out more from one image. But also, some complete garbage being returned in search results. The following image is a good example of something completely unusable and unprofessional. Good dayI have recently received a demand for payment for supposed copyright infringement for the use of an image which I downloaded free from Adobe Stock.  The image in question is AdobeStock_407400322 (attached). The company that contacted me is called COPYTRACK, email address is [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers],  and they claim the rights holder is YayImages. Please let me know what I should do about this. Many thanks

As a former Fotolia user, I switched to Adobe Stock in 2019, receiving a confirmation email. Today, when I log in to Adobe Stock, I can't see any of my Fotolia purchases, nor can I interact with them. I contacted the virtual assistant on the Adobe Stock website, who advised me to email contributor-support@adobe.com. Support advised me to visit https://helpx.adobe.com/support/stock.html for customer support, but I didn't find any helpful information there.Do you have any helpful information for me? I received an email from Copytrack. I need to get the licenses.

My freelancer is facing very long download times for simple jpegs on the exact same machine he was able to download the entire CC suite in moments. Clearly, his connection is not the problem.Is Adobe Stock throttling download speeds for certain IP ranges? We're in different countries, and I'm not experiencing the slowdown.

Hello,I just bought This item from Adobe Stock. As a thumbnail everything seems fine but these items are just badly image-traced and resold, making them unusable in any way possible because of the horrendous quality of the vector. My question is; how can I report things like this? The specific user's profile seems to be full with subpar traced vectors that he is selling on Adobe Stock. I know I can't get a refund for the digital download but this is just rediculous. Please remove these items and if possible, give me my credit back.

Started a free trial, but quickly found that most images are AI generated, not real photos, so I canceled.  If I  wanted AI images instead of real photos I can create them myself with my own tools without paying Adobe Stock $30 per month. Very disappointing.  I expected more from Adobe.

In Adobe Stock, periodically I can't change the image type (All; Photos; Illustrations; Vectors) that is already selected. I click on a different type and nothing happens. This has happened on both Safari and Chrome. I've refreshed the webpage without success. I am using a 2021 Macbook Pro running Sequoia 15.4.

Hello, I have been using AdobeStock with credits for years without any problems. In January, I purchased 5 credits. Shortly after the purchase, I could no longer view any images—neither from the collections nor from my libraries. I kept getting a 404 error. After calling international support, it worked again. Now, a month later, I want to license an image. Unfortunately, I'm getting the 404 error again. I can't search by terms or image numbers. Not even in my libraries…The support made me deleting my browser cache and checked the certificates, but nothing worked. I can't see a single image from the entire Adobe Stock collection. Support is overwhelmed by this issue. Since this problem has obviously occurred before, there must be a solution.Any help appreciated…Antje

Since my company set up my Adobe CC subscription earlier this year I've had this issue from the very beginning.    From time to time the message "Your plan includes unlimited Adobe Stock downloads" appears in my Creative Cloud dashboard. However, whenever I search for an image and the browser window pops up with the results, every result has a blue button when you hover that says "Free with trial". When I click the download button, the filename has "preview" in the name and there are diagonal watermarks all over the image.   Maybe I'm misunderstanding something. I already have a plan that my employer pays for. The app itself is telling me that I have unlimited Adobe Stock downloads. Hallo,ich verwende Adobe Express im Premium Abo auch für kommerzielle Zwecke.Für einen Onlineshop möchte ich Produktbilder mit Adobe Stock Fotos erstellen, die die eingeschränkte Lizenz haben (Kronensymbol)Diese Fotos darf ich laut Lizenzbedingungen nicht als eigenständige Datei außerhalb von Adobe Express nutzen. Nur wenn ich die Fotos in einem eigenen Projekt verwende, darf ich dieses herunterladen und (auch kommerziell) verwenden. Ist das soweit richtig?Die eigentliche Frage ist nun:Darf ich Projekte veröffentlichen, in denen Fotos mit eingeschränkter Lizenz eingefügt sind, bei denen das besagte Bild lediglich im Format bzw. Zoomfaktor verändert wird? Sonst ist dem Projekt nichts hinzugefügt. (keine Beschriftung, Symbole, etc...)Oder gilt das dann nicht als eigenständiges Adobe Express Projekt?Als Beispiel: Ich möchte für eine Gemüsesorte im Onlineshop ein Bild generieren, starte ein neues Projekt (Quadratisch, 800 x 800 px) und füge dann ein Adobe Stockfoto mit eingeschränkter Lize
