First generative-AI empty parking lot I submitted. 3072×1312, gen AI checkbox on. Came back Quality Issues in about 13 hours. Adobe’s text is the generic one: exposure, soft focus, excessive filtering, artifacts/noise. I cannot tell what they actually saw. If you zoom this, is there a real quality problem, or is that just how first files go?

Downloaded an asset as a preview to see if my client approved. Now that it has been approved, the Adobe asset # does not exist. WTH?

Recently downloaded an asset from Adobe Stock (https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/building-web-icons-in-line-style-hotel-hospital-apartament-city-town-house-mall-coffee-collection-vector-illustration/780136570?prev_url=detail) - this asset has clearly been created from a very poor quality image trace in Adobe Illustrator. These are also not editable strokes. I would imagine that all of the similar assets from this creator are the same.  Adobe needs a way of reporting slop like this. I would also like a credit refund for this rubbish. 

When I’m looking for images I need, I often click on them to see a larger version, or to see other similar images. It seems when I click on an image now, Adobe AI Studio opens. It’s really annoying. Is there any way to stop this? 

I bought a subscription but canceled after the 14 days, I just now found out I get billed if I cancel after 14 days, I used adobe for the first day of the subscription only and Im really limited on money and can't afford to be billed any amount of money

Hello. I am an Adobe Stock Contributor. My W-8BEN tax form is inactive. The form opens, but the “Start” button and all required fields are greyed out and cannot be clicked. I cannot complete or submit the tax form. I have tried different browsers, but the problem remains. Please help me activate or reset my W-8BEN tax form.

Hello,I need help with an existing Adobe Stock Intellectual Property case: Case ID 963612.The case concerns an old Fotolia licence for Asset ID 90816138. I licensed the image through my former Fotolia account, but the historical Fotolia licence history is no longer accessible in my current Adobe account.Adobe requested additional information from me on 21 August 2026, and I provided everything requested the same day. I have followed up several times since then but have not yet received an update.A rights-management company is waiting for Adobe's verification and has now set a new response deadline of 7 September 2026.Could an Adobe employee please check whether Case 963612 can be reviewed or routed to the team that has access to archived Fotolia licence records?Thank you very much.Andreas

Recently, though, I’ve started noticing a growing number of extremely complex vector files that are clearly AI‑generated images auto‑traced in Illustrator. These files look fine at first glance, but once you open them, they’re filled with thousands of unnecessary points, messy paths, and chaotic structures that make them nearly impossible to edit, customize, or even work with efficiently. What used to be clean, intentional vector artwork is now being replaced with AI‑generated “sloppy vectors,” and it’s becoming a serious issue for those of us who rely on Stock for production‑ready assets. This isn’t just about aesthetics, it's a workflow problem. Recently I had issues with many supposedly ‘vector’ files that I have downloaded, which then turned out to be images embedded into .ai file. I think they’re all AI generated slop. I can’t seem to be able to report this, especially frustrating as I used up a credit for these. I can’t directly contact support and I can’t imagine IT administrator of a large company will be chasing every credit and stock issue. I used ai tools to create 8k wallpapers of UNESCO World Heritage sites in Italy (Pantheon, Naples city center, Roman theater at Taormina etc) and am now unsure about whether they are still “kosher”. Italy has certain provisions for protecting/licensing cultural monuments. My representations are photorealistic and present the monuments in a beautiful, not satirical way. Is there a clear way forward? Thanks in advance,Scot

I’m asking if i can sell my Mahjong sets thru Etsy, Amazon and other Mahjong companies with a stand license subscription. Most of the images I downloaded were vector images.

I finally had to reinstall the older PS Beta 27.9 on both my workstation and laptop, and the on-device remove tool to work on my Nvidia RTX 4090/5080 series with16GB VRAM. I’m running the current Nvidia Studio Driver 610.88. However, updating to PS 27.9.1 or PS Beta 27.9.11 causes the on-device remove tool to severely stall and must cancel. Using the Cloud option works only if on WiFi, but I am still waiting for an update fix for the on-device to function properly. This issue has been ongoing for over three months!! BTW - No logs are necessary to collect send as the identical issue can be recreated on any PC using Windows 11 and the RTX having 16GBVram card at Adobe PS lab, then read the log.

Please try again later."I have tried:- Clearing browser cache and cookies- Using multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox)- Entering number with and without country code/leading zerosIt seems to be an SMS gateway/backend issue for Bangladesh (+880) numbers.
