Hi All,This question is two-fold.  I too have purchased images that were supposed to be seamless but are not.  I have no way to contact the creator.  Is there a way to report this?  Is there any way we can contact creators ever?  Often times I struggle because the most beautiful designs are not of use because they are not png (transparent) and the seamless scenario when I discover they are not.g.

I have a client that wants to buy stock photos for his website.  He only needs 3 photos, so he wants to buy a monthly subscription, but only for the 3 photos.  Once he has purchased the photos he wants to end his subscription, but is afraid the license for the photos will expire... Does he own the photos once he purchases them, or in order to use the photos forever does he need to keep the subscription?Thanks in advance.

(sometime it redirect me on an other page with absolutely no link with my research)It's the same thing for each images! I have 108 credits and I can't search images that I want. Adobe support told me «Please note that we weren’t able to reproduce this issue and hence it seems to be a browser specific issue.» But I know 4 person that expect the same issue and I have the problem with Safari and Google Chrome. I licensed the stock image Weltkarte in Hammer-Projektion - image | Adobe Stock  which is labelled as a vector file according to my search settings only to find that it was a raster image inside an AI file.  Can I get the license refunded?

SO after accruing 50+ unused credits, by paying a subscription for an entire year and not using the credits I paid for, I stopped my subscription for purchasing new credits each month.Today i go to purchase an image, and all of my credits are gone?How is this acceptable policy? I mean I couldn't use those credits immediately so I didn't need to buy more perpetually... so thats grounds to take away the credits I did purchase? I am really disappointed in Adobe. This is not the type of company I thought you were.This is a shortsighted and downright wrong practice. Shame on you.

Hi there, I accidentally licensed an image #90094099 when I was trying to open it up to find similar images, but I don't want to use this. Is it possible to unlicense an image that was licensed accidentally? Thanks very much advance!

I got the same issue and purchased stock plan as you suggested, but I didn't get my unused downloads back.and I had over than 100 photo credit left in my account before they disappear.can you help please

I read that it's not possible to define a price for each image but I will earn money depending on the subscription of the user who will buy the picture. Hi,If I buy a Standard License and use part of this image for say a T-Shirt design and I advertise it and sales then start coming in, can I then buy the Extended License.I ask this as it would be very expensive to buy the Extended License and then run ads to sell and if the design does not sell, I will blow a ton of money.Thanks for your help.All the bestChris

By accident I subscribed to the monthly Adobe Stock program. 10 images a month for AU$35. I paid this fee for near on 12 months and was gathering a stock pile of images I could download.I didn't use this service enough and so I cancelled my subscription. Now I cannot access the 29 or so images I had "saved up" over the months from paying the subscription.Can someone please explain do I loose access to the images I have technically "pre paid" for - now that my 12 month subscription is finished?

Hi,I've just renewed my monthly subscription(199.99＄/ 750 per month) and i tried to licence and download it redirects me to the plans page as if i don't have a plan.I received invoice on 28/05/17. And my credit card has been already billed on the same day. But it looks like i have to pay additionally when i try to download images, like i don't have any plans.I have tried logging in and out and using a different browser but no luck.

Hopefully it will be more than 500,000 views.So, my question is: what type of license should I use for this kind of usage? Hello, I purchased a Picture (File Nr. 110031812), it's an AI-File.If I try to open it, I can't see the Image, but a Text-Image with this content:"This is an Adobe® Illustrator® file that was saved without PDF content. To place or open this file in other applications, it should be re-saved from Adobe Illustrator with the "Create PDF Compatible File" options turned on. This option is in the Illustrator Native Format Options dialog box, which appears when saving an Adobe Illustrator file using the Save As command." There seems to be a problem with the Image File.
