I have attempted to download images I have licensed on two different computers, using both Firefox and Edge on each.Every time I select an image, and click "Download" under the Save to Computer option, I get a spinning wheel, and a confirmation it is licensed in the top left hand corner. I do not, however, get a download. It does not show up in my downloads, it does not show up in my Creative Suite folder...If I select "open in AI" (I am downloading vectors), same thing, but I then get a prompt saying I am not signed in to Creative Suite.Both times I have used computers which are both signed in to Creative Suite (in fact, one I updated both the Creative Suite app, and Illustrator, and made sure I was logged in).Please advise.

I subscribed for 10 x free stock images, none I downloaded onto my pc.  I selected around 5 and downloaded them into the Libary section.  The following day the account says I have 0 items in the Library where it allows you to save pictures and the Licence history section says well, I have no history.I've been trying to get in touch via the online Customer Service but I can't get through too many people waiting and I'm really frustrated.Has anyone experienced this?Is there a customer service number and email?ThanksKelFrustrated user

What's the difference between Popularity and Downloads in the sort option?  I would think Downloads will show the most downloaded photos.  But then how is Popularity determined.  Feels like I'm missing something very basic. Thanks!

Hello, I bought a stock one year pass. every month I will have 10 images to download. and it will be rollover to next month, but when it finished the pass,  every thing disappeared. Why?

I've licensed file 54475826​  but am unable to download as the file is showing as damaged. This is the first time this has happened. Please help

Can I submit the same photo on both fotolia and adobe stock?

I was under an individual plan last year and this year my company purchased a team subscription to Adobe CC.  My Stock purchases were still going to my individual account for a while. Now it looks like all my purchases got sucked into my company's Stock plan.  So I can't find most of the images I purchased as an individual and can no longer download them.  I looked today to download a previously purchased video and it says "license again and download."  I already paid for it and have an invoice.  How can I regain access to the images and videos I purchased under my individual plan?  i have invoices for them all. 

I downloaded an image in JPEG, but I need the vectorized copy of the same design. Do all images have Ai version as well? If so, how can I download it?Thanks.

After a anual renovation, i loose my 21 credits for stock photo.Aditional notation: 7 month ago i cant cancel a montly renovation, but my credit card expire and then i dont have to cancel de renovation.

How can I change the settings so that the image downloads to computer rather than downloading to AI or Library?I can see that I've licensed the image but am unable to download it.

Is there a way to contact the image creators ever?I licensed a gorgeous image this morning *despite the preview not being correct* (low resolution).  And after licensing the image the resolution remained glitched in both PS CC and Illustrator CC.  Is there a way to report this without waiting until Monday business hours, etc? Dear Adobe,I've always enjoyed working with Adobe products in every creative work project I've completed over the years......but ever since Adobe acquired Dollar Photo Club, the UX just sux ass!  Here are a few of the problems I've noticed!And fellow users, feel free to add to my list so we can get Adobe to address our concerns and get Adobe Stock working as well as it used to when it was Dollar Photo club!!Adobe Stock is Slow.  It takes a long time for searches to procure lists of photos.  It's sluggish and clunky when scrolling through images.And some times, searches have produced the wrong results for the above keyword criteria.  This often happens if I make a last-minute change while waiting for results to procure--then I'll get a completely random result that does not match the above criteria."Going Back" take you our of a search instead of to a previous page.I've made this mistake a couple times before catching on.  Thing is--sometimes it works correctly

What do the individual licenses in adobe stock cost (video / templates / 3D).If I have an abo, I can not see what is deducted from the "available pictures".I have already licensed 1 photo (41711970) and a template (125418521) that I really did not want to have.I thought it would show me how to license.I can not license an asset on suspicion!!!

I purchased an image that I'd like to use as a background on my twenty-foot wide trade show booth background.  The .jpg image I purchased is stock #37500680 and is 5600 x 2800 px.   Will this work?  Should I see if a vector graphic of this image is available?

I recently purchased files # 146787420 and # 153538508, which I know realize are JPEG files. The file contains lots of images of flowers but each flower/plant is separated from the next. My goal when purchasing was to use each image independent of the other so that I can layer one on the other. I guess when looking at the grouping I assumed since each image was separate that I could play around with each as such. Can someone please guide me as to how I can use each image separately in AI or even in PS where I could then move to AI. I understand that with Vector files you can separate images from a group and apparently not with a JPEG file. Perhaps there is a way to get the AI file? I would appreciate any help in moving forward with this.Thanks Creatives.

I had about 40 images left for downloading when my annual subscription expired. I logged in today to find those images gone. I have paid for them.Who do speak to to fix this?Alison

Is there a way to filter your search by image dimensions? I have been working on multiple projects that require images to fit a 22.5"x28" 300DPI poster. It would be much easier for me to search by image dimensions rather than clicking on images I like and hope I get lucky in regards to size. I know most stock images aren't that big, but this would be better looking than live tracing said image in Illustrator and praying I can get it to a decent point.

A simple question but I cannot find an answer for. I have a photographers username/portfolio name from a previous image I viewed a while ago. How on earth do I find his portfolio from main adobe stock search. I type the portfolio name and it does not work work, I don't have the image file number as I know that works. But searching the photographer is proving futile for me. There must be something I am missing.

Are many days that i can't buy a single photo on my account and nobody can solve, Paypal says to talk with adobe and adobe says to talk with Paypal. How can i do ?
