Hi.I accidentally bought two standard licenses for image 126564007 Could you please cancel one of them? I dont want to lose one of my 10 free monthy licenses for this.Also, I bought a license but can't download an image. Why is that?Please help!Anna

We a have a team subscription of 750 images per month. We are a marketing agency, and we usually download many images as a daily basis. Looking directly form photoshop libraries is a great tool, but this is a second time we hit a premium image by mistake and licensed it. The only way to realize about doing such an action, is paying attention to the dialog before saying "ok". Something that in a rush becomes a potential error.It would be a great UI/UX improvement if that dialog with tiny texts make a different approach to premium images. Maybe different colors, maybe the button might read "Buy" instead of "OK". And I'd rather prefer to think this is something that is not intentional for misleading the user, than just some kind of poor studying of possible interactions.But the most difficult task of all is reaching the right person to communicate the problem. We have 499.99 dollars in expenses for something nobody wants.Please could someone help us to undo this purchase?

I'm logged into Creative Cloud and I clicked on Get 10 free Adobe stock images. I input what I was looking for, clicked on an image and elected Images library to save to but it's empty.Any idea what's going on?ThanksAlan

I recently downloaded a template titled, "Cover Photo for Facebook with Instructions" - I downloaded it (maybe) but I definitely added it to my library. But I have NO IDEA how to open it or where to go to open it. The 24/7 "chat" service is closed (the irony) and I need to make some changes. Can anyone please help me?Thanks!

I am allowed 10 free images, but when i click to download them, they are listed at example $499.00..In this one month trial, i don't want to be charged that amount for the picture i'd like to use. How do i know that this is really free?THanks

If you are thinking of trying out the 30 day free trial with Adobe Stock through Illustrator or Photoshop please read this before you spend far more money than you plan for.I subscribe to Creative Cloud, yearly paid in advance and I have been happy with the software although I still don't like not owning the software.I got married in October this year and decided to design my own invites etc. and needed some editable Illustrator files I could edit as I am not a professional graphic designer. I clicked on the link in Illustrator and found the images I liked. I then got married and completely forgot about the Adobe Stock subscription until I noticed £23 a month coming out of my Paypal account. By the time I had checked what it was, they had taken two payments totalling £46.00. I thought it was my fault for not cancelling and C'est la vie (That's life) I would go online a cancel it immediately so as not to incur any additional costs. I went on adobe stock website to purchase an individual extended license. It lists the price as 79.99 USD but if I go to the actual order page the price changes from 79.99 to 10.56 This is only when I logged into my adobe account. If I log out of my adobe account adobe stock order page is 79.99. Why is the price 10.56 when I'm signed into my adobe account??? Is this some kind of discount?

Hello there,I was wondering, if there is a way to find a specific contributors images by name?As I find a photo by search and click the contributor's name, then I can get his/herportfolio, but in case I have the name of a contributor, how can I find all of theportfolio's images? Added 4 new image licenses and 1 of the images will not open once downloaded. I have tried numerous times, on numerous computers, and using different applications. This is the pop up I consistently. Hi There,I tried the chat which did not help as they had no idea and said someone would look into it.But essentially what has happened is my card has expired so I added a new one under Plans & Products > Edit Payment Details.Now it shows I only have 10 credits when there should be 102 since I have used 28 credits and had the plan active since May 2016.I obviously did not cancel and do not want to as this would mean losing what I have payed for.What do I do next?Kind regards,Jason

I have a question regarding Adobe stock licensing. I know that I use 10 assets per month as I have a contract about 10 standard assets a month. Furthermore, the remaining assets that I do not utilize this month will be carried forward to next month. Here is the question. Is it possible to utilize remaing assets which I still do not use after finishing Adobe stock license(10 standard assets a month)?I am looking forward to the answer.

I was thinking of using Adobe Stock for Wordpress Templates, but I feel like there might be some licensing issues yes?I think I am in the clear for using Adobe Stock Photos to showcase a template?but...If someone chooses to download the template, I can't send all those photos along with the template right? Because they need to have those pictures licensed to their account right?BUT....Am I in the clear to send over (after they purchase a template) the lo-res watermarked versions of the picture?Of course I plan on making the buyer aware that after purchase they are not getting the hi-res images. I can write something like... "If you would like to have all these images, sign up for Adobe Stock Today!" And when they do signup, y'all can give me 10% of the cut .Thanks for any info!

Has anyone else noticed that Adobe Stock used to have way better images? Now you have to wade through thousands of really bad images to find anything good.Bad lighting, bad composition, hackneyed concepts. Most images have people, who are clearly not professional models staring directly at the camera. These are mostly crappy snapshots, not professional photographs.I suggest that Adobe have less, but better images.

I am interested to use the high quality watermarked images on my website templates for my clients. May I use them without any restrictions if I join the Adobe Affiliate Programme and upon sale of each website template I may buy the same images or any other as the customer would like to use.I think I can use low-quality watermarked images for free but this would not create a better look of the website templates that is why I am saying to join Affiliation Programme and if there is any way where I can get high quality images.Thanks.
