Hey folks, how are you all doing today?I did a bit of research on how to track views of a specific image on my website.  I learned a bit about Google Analytics and tweaking it for my specific site.  But I am still wondering what the pros on .ai use?Thank you. Also why is it so darn hard to move an image item I am considering to a Library I created in Adobe Stock.  I click on the item to open its window.  I see the option: "Save to Library".  But it doesn't put the possible image into the library I want to save it in.  It puts it in a default library of downloads.  What is going on with this website?Again: Thanks

I am a freelance book designer and I am doing a self-published non-fiction book for an author, and a stock photo company (not Adobe in this case but this would apply to any stock images?) has some ideal historic images, but they are saying to get an “individual licence”, the author must have done everything on his book by himself, not used anyone else at all to help him. It’s crazy. The book will be self-published, as he is paying for the whole book to be done, but he can’t do design work himself – as most authors can’t – and he wants to buy the images under an individual licence, and I will insert them in the master file, designed by me. I won’t be “using” the images in any way except that. The company is trying to charge us a “teams rate” because I am designing the book and will therefore be "using" the images as well. but I'm not doing anything with them except inserting them into his book. Can you advise please? It all hinges on what the term "user" really means?This might also bri

So working in a publishing company - if the designer chooses an Adobe Stock image, which he then changes and adapts into   the cover of the book, the publicity team then want access to the original image which they will then adapt to create social media memes for the book. Do we need a team licence for this or can the designer purchase the image on an individual license, then share it to the publicity team?Many thanks!

Hi I am building a peer led community that holds social events and local campaigns to raise awareness of our cause, I have created a logo using an image from Adobe Stock and using adobe express to design it. The license I used on adobe stock is a standard one, when i look at the licensing page its states: This Adobe Stock licensing information is intended for individuals, Creative Cloud for teams members and VIP members only. ETLA users, please see the enterprise page. I am struggling to understand whether the standard licence is right for an organisation such as the one i am building, the image will be used for a logo on social media and for flyers. Do I need an enhanced or extended licence? or will the standard one be enough?  Many Thanks

Hey, i just paid for a month of Adobe Stock and got 10 credits, but when i cancelled subscription all of credits dissapeared, what to do ? Fill for refund or what ? 

Hi,   Currently working on the implementation to import the adobe stock images to aem dam. For that we would like to include the condition to filter the specific content_type and date range for the licensed assets. I am looking for the help, is there any way to directly filter the content_type and date range from the curl command or using the query? I got this image (130913059) and when I open the vector file there is nothing. I can see the image in the thumbnail, but nothing on the cavas. I would like my credit refunded back to me please.

Hi, I would like to sell products on Teachers Pay Teachers using adobe images but I do not know what they guidelines are. Do I have to purchase the images that I use in my products for commerical use? How does this work?

Es ist mir schon mehrfach passiert, dass ich aus Versehen bei irgendeinem KI-Müll draufgeclickt habe und ich dann die Credits mühsam zurückfordern muss. Gerade bei der Suche finde ich nicht, dass es überhaupt den Button auf den Bildern braucht. Erst beim Vergrößern sollte die Option überhaupt erst erscheinen. Bin schon wieder kurz davor mein Abo zu kündigen - die Bedienung von Adobe Stock ist grundsätzlich unterirdisch.

Hi. I want to create bilingual flash cards for my etsy shop. Would I be able to use the Adobe stock images with standard license or do I need extended license? 

I licensed a stock images that states it has a transparent background, but when I open them in jpeg the backgrounds are not transparent --- they are checkered.  Is there a simple solution that I am missing.

I keep getting this error message when trying to purchase stock photos: "Online Licenses Not Available in Your Region."  I'm located in the United States and not clear if this message is related to MY use OR if it's related to the locaiton of the creator/vendor/seller.  HELP!

HelloI have just bought an adobe stock image by mistake via my company's account and it cost 937 credits... Is it possible to cancel it by deleting the image on my side? I know Abode ask to consent but it was an absolutly mystake...thank you very much for your help Carol

I need to download a stock file, but although I have a full CC subscription the stock site keeps prompting me to sign up for the free trial. I've made sure my apps are up-to-date, signed out an in several times, and tried a few different browsers, but the problem persists. Is this an issue at my end or Adobe's?

I have accidentally licensed an image I don't need. How do I undo this?

I've found instructions via Adobe and elsewhere on how to get fonts working via AdobeStock, but none of the instructions I've found have helped. I either get lost because the instructions show something I can't see (menus don't show on my workstation) or the instructions simply don't seem to work.I've licensed and added the fonts but they just don't show on my workstation.Can someone point me at instructions that will work?It's probably not complicated, but it's got me stumped.

It seems as though I can't download certain assets I've selected, primarily because they are AI generated. Can I get these assets reversed or refunded somehow? 

I am a professor and have a small website where students write articles on sustainability and fashion. I was contacted by a stock footage company from Germany saying an image we used for a thumbnail was used without there permission and I have to pay 900 euros. It's over a year old and the student who found it graduated. It's not on Adobe Stock now but when I did a google search it seemed to indicate it was - but the link went to a 'page can't be found' page.Is it possible it was on Adobe and isn't now? Any idea what I can do? I can't see a student using it without permission since it's just feet in a pool and there are tons of these images around. I'm attaching the Google search result so you can see how there is (was) a link to stock footage. And I don't have it in my library because I wasn't the one who originally downloaded it...

Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue with Adobe Stock and would like advice or support. I unknowingly ended up in an annual subscription after signing up for the trial. I wasn’t aware that it couldn’t be canceled monthly and now have to pay €36 per month for a year or nearly €200 to cancel early. I didn’t notice any clear information about a 14-day cancellation window, and Adobe Support hasn’t replied to my emails. Has anyone faced similar issues? How did you resolve it? Thanks in advance!
