Kind community,I have a license to download images without the watermark. However, I haven't been able to do it through the API, to which I'm passing my API Key. I can download the images without error, but they all have the watermark and/or the Adobe stock id. I have tested these two methods:https://stock.adobe.com/Rest/Libraries/Download/417069613/2https://stock.adobe.io/Rest/Media/1/Files/?ids=389429274&result_columns[]=comp_url&result_columns[]=thumbnail_1000_url Is there a way to achieve this programmatically through API or a REST parameter? Thank you in advance!
I don't know why it charged $152 😞 last month I already removed adobe stock from adobe plan. Does anyone else know the difference between these two invoices?

HI! I have an issue with an invoice. There is an incorrect VAT number on it, could it be corrected on the past invoice?
I accidently downloaded 2 images with the wrong file format. I don't want these images and need the 2 credits returned. How do I go about achieving this?
My requested is receive an email which is about "Shanghai Chuji Technology Co., Ltd. used the image number 478204657 provided by Adobe on the product packaging of the paint marker pen" I have already purchased this image, and now my supervisor wants me to obtain such an email from Adobe to avoid potential legal risks. The customer service staff said there is no problem, and you will receive the email within 24 hours. However, after two days, I still haven't received the email.I received the email within hours, but after two days, I still haven't received the email. The customer service personnel also ignored me and kept transferring me to a special list, but there was no connection there and no customer service personnel could continue to handle my problem
Hi, I accidentally licenced Photo, can I have my credit back, please? It's photo number #299142859
Hello. I don's know what changed lately in the search algorithm but results are irrelevant. A simple serach for " woman dressed in black overcoat" will find on the first page 70% photos in BEIGE overcoats ans a lot of irelevant images.. notice the rat dressed with a trench coat .. Photos search used to be a simple task and now it's time consuming and frustrating.
When trying to cancel the Adobe Stock trial it says an error has occurred. [REMOVED BY MODERATOR]
Hola, estaba tratando de usar los créditos de adobe stock que incluye mi plan, pero al querer descargar una imagen, es como si no tuviera ningún plan registrado.
I'm sure this has already come up. But I spent the morning looking for assets for an upcoming video. I feel like I have purcahsed a clip where someone has just put a slight pan on a low res still image: https://stock.adobe.com/nz/video/splendid-sunset-sunlight-over-city-and-coast-of-wellington-new-zealand-cinematic-panorama/279960691 - you'll notice none of the car lights move on the street. I feel pretty cheated to be honest, even for HD quality I was expecting something with a bit better definition and less over compressed noise. The help team will be calling me back in a couple days, but feel like this could have been avoided with reviews of clips on the page they're on. Atleast as abililty to call out shotty quality when it appears.
I can see that on an Enterprise account you can download unlimited unwatermarked comps, but what support is there for self-employed designers? I'm a film poster designer who needs access to high-res comps whilst presenting multiple options and rounds of posters to a client. However only one poster will ultimately be picked to go public, so only the stock imagery in this poster needs licensing. Is there any subscription available of this nature?
FILE #: 141580178 Do I have a 30-day limited time or can I use it for as long as I want? I have the adobe ps application, I set it as a background from that application and I just want to use it as a yotube profile photo, is that possible? thanks already
Hello, I tried to downlaod two images from Adobe Stock in vector format to Illustrator - but in both cases I only got an image. Here are the images: https://stock.adobe.com/ca/images/runner-silhouettes-set-large-pack-of-vector-silhouette-design-isolated-white-background/622623330 https://stock.adobe.com/ca/images/man-run-cycle-animation-sprite-sheet-jogging-running/199725452 Is this a bug? Can you please help? Thanks! Kind regards, Anastasia
If I purchase a full license on an adobe stock image to print on products for my small business..can it be sold and used by another person and printed on the same products as my business does?
I downloaded asset 193158173, assuming it was a vector file. It downloaded as AI and does contain vector elements, however the main image that I donwloaded the file for is just a buch of high-res bitmaps. I feel cheated and misinformed. How can I return the license? Thanks for your help! Best regardsJan S.
I agree and can't believe Adobe is shaking me down for. I never used Adobe Stock, they've charged me over $100 for it, and when I went to cancel they said I owe $100 cancellation fee (this itself makes no sense; why would I pay in full for a service I am not going to use). Then when I go to talk to their chat representatives, I am told "customer service agents are experiencing problems with their tools, contact back in 2 hours". This is ridiculous. Ran the internet speed test, speed is 40mb/s, no issues with any other website, cleaned the cache from google chrome, restart the router, no issues on my endBut for some reason only suddenly this week when I try to download images from Adobe Stock the speed is like 7kb/s, its like its being limited or somethingtaking up to 20 minutes to download 3 images, basically unusable, can you guys fix it? The website itself is already extremely slow to load images thumbnails by default, very frustrating to use already
Hello there, I sometimes use the library function in Indesign to purchased stock image. But somehow one image cost me 67 credits. I admitted it had a notification but it wasn't clear as the webpage version. Can I unlincesed the image or lower the license tier?
Bonjour, puis-je utiliser une vidéo achetée avec une licence standard, dans le cadre de la réalisation d'un montage vidéo destiné à être diffusé sur un écran d'affiche dynamique dans un restaurant ?
I was looking over the insights page and from one of the top-listed contributors from last week I noticed that they had images #610033139 and #611036188 which appear to be the exact same image, uploaded by the same user, but with differing image numbers and image titles.
Would anyone happen to have this Adobe Stock Photo? Just looking to use it for my sons school project. https://stock.adobe.com/bg/images/aktien-hintergrund/238611165
I have 2 questions...Say an image is licensed using an Extended License, can that stock image be placed into an asset library for the corporate licensee to access and allow their partnering advertising agencies to access for various projects? Or, is this considered to be distributing it as a stand-alone file when placing it into a library? When an agency licenses a stock image on behalf of their sole client and the image is transferred to the sole client upon completion of the project, does the client need to have a subscription to Adobe Stock Images to use it for future projects? Thanks!
Hello, A few months ago, I purchased an Adobe Stock plan. However, I couldn't find the type of visual material I wanted. The other day, I accidentally noticed that this is a situation specific to Turkey. When I searched with the same keywords, selecting Germany as the location, I got 509,556 results, while the search from Turkey yielded only 492 results. Yes, you read it right, I was able to access 1,200 times more visuals from Germany than from Turkey. This difference is not an acceptable one. I urgently request a solution to be produced. I cannot find and use visuals as I wish, and my rights in the plan are waiting in vain...They provided me with additional rights to assist me from Adobe customer service, but what matters most is being able to access and license a significant number of visuals. Sincerely, Şakir
When searching for images and using the Photos only filter, I"m getting compilation images, for instance, #611532617 when searching laboratory. How can I search for only photos that appear in the real world excluding the AI filter doesn't work. Thank you.
