Hello, Adobe Community! I really need your help and advice. Over a month ago, my Adobe Stock account was blocked, and I immediately submitted an appeal. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a response yet and don’t know what to do next. I’ve dedicated a lot of time to creating content for the platform—more than 15000 of my works have been accepted, and Adobe Stock has become a true source of inspiration for me. It’s important for me to understand which of my works do not comply with the guidelines so that I can correct any issues and continue creating high-quality content that meets Adobe’s requirements. If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has recommendations on how to speed up the appeal process, please share your insights! Dear Sir/Madam,Good day...!!!This is regarding some of the approval issue I'm facing for the past few weeks. I have been uploading both vector file and jpeg file for my projects from the initial days and it was getting approved. From the past few weeks, all of my vector files are getting approved but some of my jpeg file are getting rejected with some quality issue commented on it. I'm not very sure about the exact issue. It would be very helpful if you can guide me on this so that I can rectify the same and reupload. Hi, I came here to ask, I created a background theme asset using the gradient mesh feature in illustrator, but the image I converted into a gradient vector is AI-made, when I submit for review should I check it as AI-made? 

I received the warning, "SIMILAR CONTENT IN OUR COLLECTION" as attached.However, as creators, we always believe that even with similar works, there's invariably some improvement compared to our past creations, and continuously updating our portfolio on Adobe's globally recognized platform is also a great pleasure. Therefore, we find their logic difficult to accept. I hope Adobe will reconsider this policy.

Some of my submitted assets (pictures) have not been moderated and released for several months. Others within a few hours. What is happening there?

I sent 400 photos, 390 were rejected due to quality. All my photos were taken with a professional camera and all the principles of photography were followed! Why do you have to reject all my photos!? Respectfully, I’d like to offer a small suggestion for the Adobe Contributor program that could benefit both Adobe and contributors. Instead of Account Deactivation of contributors when irregular earnings are detected, consider implementing an adjustment system similar to what Shutterstock uses. As shown in the attached image, Shutterstock makes minor adjustments (e.g., -$0.10) and reduces the download count if a fraudulent or invalid transaction is identified.This approach offers several benefits: Benefits for Adobe:1. Protects platform integrity by still addressing fraudulent activity without over-penalizing users.2. Reduces support overhead by minimizing account termination disputes and unnecessary appeals.3. Builds stronger contributor trust, which can lead to higher quality submissions and long-term platform loyalty.4. Hi there, I am a designer and new to this game and thought I might try upoad some unused images to see if they get picked up by other designers. I uploaded a bunch of images only to find that most of them have been rejected. I am struggling to understand why exactly. Any help on this would be really appreciated. Please see attached image. Hi everyone! I’ve noticed, like many others here, that recently a lot of photos are getting rejected — and most of the time the reason is just “quality issues.” But it’s not always clear what exactly is wrong and how the reviewers decide. I have a few questions and would really appreciate if anyone could share some advice: Is there any official description of the review process?Maybe some kind of checklist or guideline that would help me evaluate my own images the same way moderators do? Hello. I also share my approved images from Adobe Stock on Facebook and Bluesky, and I plan to share them on other platforms when I have time. I'm wondering: what if someone else on these platforms, who has a grudge against me for whatever reason, fraudulently buys my images by opening test accounts, and my account gets banned for Suspicious Activity? How can I protect myself against such a possibility? I don't know. The only thing I can think of is that when I notice something like this, I immediately contact Adobe and write something like “I didn't organize these fake sales, I was probably set up by someone who has a grudge against me, please cancel these sales and close the fake accounts that did this”. But I don't know how much good that will do. Thank you. 

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone knows if there has been a change in criteria for image quality recently? I've been contributing to Adobe Stock for a couple of years now and used to rarely get images rejected due to quality issues. Lately, MANY of my photos are being rejected for this reason. I have not changed cameras, lenses, or editing techniques. I would post some examples here, but there are so many that I don't think that's going to be helpful (to scrutinize on a photo by photo basis). Any thoughts? TIA for your ideas or information.

Hello, I have a few videos I captured while on a trip to Hawaii. I titled the video below "Aerial drone view of Jeep driving along coast Hawaii Big Island". My main question is, is it worth removing Jeep from the title and resubmitting this video? or is it possible that because the Jeep is such a main part of the video that it is considered to be the main focus?  Thank you for your time!

Hello, I'm new to Adobe Stock as a contributor. I've submitted a couple hundred photos over the past few months and none of them have been selected. I can understand if it's a formatting or quality issue, but the consistency in what photos are selected leaves me scratching my head. I submitted this image of Thun, Switzerland that was rejected. I thought maybe it isn't large enough, but other similar photos at larger sizes I submitted were rejected. Then I see photos on Adobe Stock that look like this: So I'm wondering what specific criteria I'm missing? Are the photos I'm submitting too saturated? Are they too small? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I just joined as a contributor in January 2025 and currently have 541 assets in my portfolio, but only 3 downloads so far. Is this normal? Do I need to reach a certain number of assets before customers start discovering my portfolio?

These are just a few images that were rejected. I try to level the horizont, not use too saturated colors and adjust the exposure, but maybe I'm missing something. I wish there was a test tool before submitting. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with these?

I noticed couple of duplicate contents on my profile. Is there a way to select and delete them?Thank you for your reply!
