Hello Adobe Stock Support Team,I am experiencing an issue with the keyword display in my Adobe Stock portfolio. When I click on an image, only two keywords are visible, and there is no "View All" button. However, when I go to the edit mode, I can see that the image has more than 30 keywords correctly listed. This issue affects multiple images in my portfolio. I have tried clearing the cache and using different browsers, but the problem persists.Could you please assist me in resolving this? If needed, I can provide direct links to the affected images.Thank you in advance for your help!Best regards, Anastasiya
Dear Adobe Stock Support Team,I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request assistance regarding a payment issue with my Adobe Stock contributor account.I recently attempted to withdraw my earnings ($44.53) via Skrill. However, my Skrill account has been restricted, and as a result, the payment status in my Adobe Stock account now shows "Payment Error".Since I am currently unable to access my Skrill account, I would like to know the possible solutions for retrieving my payment. Kindly let me know if:The payment can be refunded to my Adobe Stock balance so that I can withdraw it using a different payment method. There is any alternative way to receive my funds.I appreciate your time and support in resolving this issue. Please let me know the necessary steps I should take to rectify this situation.Looking forward to your response.Best regards,
Причина отклонения моих фотографий?
Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to address a concern regarding my account, specifically about the number of rejected designs I’ve had over time.To provide some context, I’ve been publishing designs for two years, and during this period, I’ve had approximately 596 designs rejected and 2,345 designs accepted. These rejections occurred gradually over time, not all at once. I’ve also sold around 2,000 photos, and many of my designs are performing well in terms of sales. My main question is: Could the number of rejected designs negatively impact my account, such as leading to closure or other restrictions? Or do rejected designs not affect my account status as long as I continue to have accepted and selling designs?I’d appreciate any clarification on this matter. Thank you for your time and support!Best regards,

Hello Adobe Stock Team and Fellow Contributors, I previously deleted my Adobe Stock contributor account because I felt it was not growing as expected. I also wanted to fully comply with Adobe’s policies and avoid any risk of violating the multiple account restrictions. Even though I have noticed that some contributors manage multiple accounts using different identities, I wanted to follow the rules properly and decided to focus on just one account. However, even after deleting my account, I continue to receive sales reports for my assets. I would like to ask: Is it still possible to withdraw the remaining earnings from my deleted account? If withdrawal is not possible, can my portfolio and assets be permanently removed from Adobe Stock? I would really appreciate any guidance on this matter. Looking forward to your response. Thank you!

Title pretty much says it all, I have a number of photos I have uploaded that have been pending review for as many as 7 months. Any reason why this might be happening? Is there anything I can do? Cheers.Shawn

Hi, I decided to try submitting a photo, but it was rejected due to a “Quality Issue.” I understand that the internet might no longer need cat photos 🙂 But I’d like to clarify whether there’s actually something wrong with the technical quality of this image. The photo was taken with a Canon R10, the cat is in focus, everything looks quite sharp, and the exposure seems fine to me as well. Could you please advise? Thank you!
Hello everyone, i tryed to edit my ohotos few times but i always got a messege that they have quality issues. Help me please
Can you tell me what is the problem with those pictures. they were rejected because of quality issue. thank you 🙂
I had one image in particular that had been ignored for months while new assets were being reviewed, often within one or two days. As we’ve been suggesting, I copied the title and keywords, deleted the asset, then resubmitted it. It continued to be ignored and eventually ended up at the bottom of the In Review page again. After another two or three weeks, I deleted the asset again. This time, I made a duplicate of the image by way of Lightroom’s “Edit a Copy.” I made very minor edits that really didn’t even need to be made. I submitted the asset, gave it an entirely new title, and entered relevant but new keywords from scratch. It was reviewed and accepted within two days. Anyway, for what it’s worth, that has been my experience with assets stuck in the review tab. Don’t just resubmit the asset: duplicate it by re-saving it. Change a pixel here and there. That’s probably all I needed to do. I doubt it has anything to do with titles or keywords.
I normally get between 0.33-0.99 for my sales. Today, only one of my sales earned 20.78. How do you think this happens? How is this fee determined?
Hi everyone,I recently uploaded several PNG images with transparent backgrounds to Adobe Stock, but most of them were rejected due to "quality issues." As I'm new to submitting transparent PNG files, I’m seeking some advice on what I may have done wrong and how I can improve my work to meet Adobe’s requirements. Here are the details of the files I uploaded:Image Size: 3072 x 4096File Size: 22.9 MB - 43 MBhttps://stock.adobe.com/at/stock-photo/id/1220986499?asset_id=1220986499I’m sending reduced versions of the files here, as I couldn't upload the original larger files (over 10MB) to this chat. Can anyone suggest what I might have done wrong or how I can improve the quality of my files? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
