Stock Contributors

Dear Adobe Contributor Relations,I received 18/11/2024 a notification that my Adobe Stock contributor account has been blocked due to violations related to generative AI content. I sincerely apologize for any unintentional mistakes and would like to understand more about the specific issues with my submissions.I am willing to correct any mistakes regarding labeling, tagging, titling, or model/property releases. If possible, I would appreciate guidance on how to improve my content to align with Adobe Stock’s policies.Please let me know if there is a way to rectify this issue and regain access to my account. Title pretty much says it all, I have a number of photos I have uploaded that have been pending review for as many as 7 months. Any reason why this might be happening? Is there anything I can do?  Cheers.Shawn

Hi, I decided to try submitting a photo, but it was rejected due to a “Quality Issue.” I understand that the internet might no longer need cat photos 🙂 But I’d like to clarify whether there’s actually something wrong with the technical quality of this image. The photo was taken with a Canon R10, the cat is in focus, everything looks quite sharp, and the exposure seems fine to me as well. Could you please advise? Thank you!

I had one image in particular that had been ignored for months while new assets were being reviewed, often within one or two days. As we’ve been suggesting, I copied the title and keywords, deleted the asset, then resubmitted it. It continued to be ignored and eventually ended up at the bottom of the In Review page again.   After another two or three weeks, I deleted the asset again. This time, I made a duplicate of the image by way of Lightroom’s “Edit a Copy.” I made very minor edits that really didn’t even need to be made. I submitted the asset, gave it an entirely new title, and entered relevant but new keywords from scratch.    It was reviewed and accepted within two days.   Anyway, for what it’s worth, that has been my experience with assets stuck in the review tab. Don’t just resubmit the asset: duplicate it by re-saving it. Change a pixel here and there. That’s probably all I needed to do. I doubt it has anything to do with titles or keywords.

I normally get between 0.33-0.99 for my sales. Today, only one of my sales earned 20.78. How do you think this happens? How is this fee determined?

Asset ID: 1213744651 I did not copy this, I created this with Adobe Illustrator. Please, give me back my account, if you need any more proof, I can provide it.

Hi, dear Adobe stock community.I'm a contributor of Adobe Stock.Lately I m uploading AI images created by Firefly.I do mostly country flags with the beautiful landmarks of the country.I m getting almost 90% rejections due to quality standards.There is mostly no human in the AI images and I don't understand why my images are rejected.Does any of you have the same problem?Here I m uploading the ones is rejected. Anything wrong with these images? Thanks

I uploaded my images over 3 months ago and it is still under review. I have a large number of images for upload. It is the first upload that's why I can't upload more images until they are reviewed. I was messaged many times by Adobe support but they replied to auto message all the time and told me 8 weeks. This is frustrating. Already 3 months done but they still told me 2 months. Please anyone help me.

I agreed to this and confirmed that I have no issues with the removal. However, my account has not yet been restored. I have already sent multiple emails to[Moderator deleted private information. I recently submitted a photo of a cityscape to Adobe contributor but it was not accepted. Along with my other photos, my photos were labeled as "quality issue" but there were not specific explainations for where the flaw is. Does anyone know why this photo would not be accepted? Thank you.

Good afternoon! My file with ID 1139010657 has been removed from the platform's assets, but it does not violate Adobe Stock's policies. I carefully assembled the artwork by modifying all the items in the original reference and even though it is similar, it is a completely new artwork. I would like to know how I can get a resource to present all the changes and return my image to the image bank. Thank you.

hi there, most of my submissions are being rejected here and not sure why as it just ways quality issue. can you please tell me what you think of these two images and why they would be rejected? also, do i need to title the jpeg before i upload to adobe? i have been, but often times give it a different title once it is uploaded and  i fill out the info through adobe-could that lead to problems? thank you so much for any thoughts and help!

Hi everyone, I have been an Adobe contributor for many years, in 2024 I sold more than 2000 files, I am saddened to learn that Adobe without warning, in January 2025 changed the rules for receiving the 2024 contributor bonus, I wonder how you can make a regulation for a year that has already passed. Opening the page in Italian the regulation is still the old one and it is the one I have always based on, all this is illegal and not fair to us
