Hi,I have been rejected several images and I would like to understand why so I can improve.Thanks in advance for your answers !

i did some ai images so how can i upload one file which show the green bar says "Transparent png available". should i upload an svg image file or should i upload just png and adobe will automatically upload jpeg.

I drew over 2000 isolated black and white clipart illustrations in the same program and reviewers never rejected them because of quality, but now over ten are rejected because of quality, what did I start doing wrong? ))))

I would like to ask a question ,what is the estimated percentage of your sales decline?Is it normal?Is it raising?Is it decreasing? If yes,what is the estimated percent?I know the stock is changing, but please answer one of these three options.  For me it decreased by 80%

All my assets were getting declined since i wanted to withraw my money, i upscale my AI images, i make sure there is no noise, i upload high resolution, this week all my work was declined

No entiendo muy bien los estandar de calidad de firefly y adobe stock, he subido dos imagenes diferentres en concepto y trabajo. Por otra parte me ha quitado todas las imagenes de favoritos, tengo que hacer un trabajo de grado con la IA, y este paso no avanzo. 

Hey,My account de-activated i don't know why?Just recieve a mail "Your account has been de-activated due to Ai similar contents and don't give a model release and wrong titles and keywords" But my assets is vectors, logo, and illustration all of them my own assets and generated by Adobe Illustrator. All the vectors first My own generated.First of all images generates by Midjourney 6 then trace, expands and illustration by Adobe illustrator then save in svg files then uploads to Adobe Stock my contributor accounts. It's lots of times consumes and Midjourney subscription also includes, Then how it's possible your cummunity de-activated my account.Please Check my account and resolve the problems. Thank You.

While working on some designs, I researched on ChatGPT and found that certain event-based and religious keywords might not be allowed in titles even keywords on Adobe Stock.For example:❌ "World Water Day", "World Meteorological Day", or other newsworthy events should not be included in metadata.❌ Religious events like "Eid ul-Adha". Chatgpt was saying it is an restricted content.I understand why titles and descriptions should not include newsworthy events, but why are keywords restricted too? Keywords help in discoverability, so wouldn’t it make sense to allow related terms?If anyone has insights or experiences with this, please share your thoughts! Hello!  I've submitted 2 images and both have been rejected for "quality issues" with no further explanation.  I'm a new stock contributor so I'm not sure what I should be looking for.  So far only one of my images has been accepted. Let me know your thoughts on the 2 rejected attached! Thanks!!

Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection.Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise. Learn more about our technical requirements here."

Where can I access my stock sales and images? I have been shooting and submitting stock images for about twenty years  (SS, Getty and Fotolia).  Last week I suffered a serious injury to my brain and my memory is now very poor.   Routine tasks are now difficult and I need to relearn so many things.  Any assistance is appreciated. RegardsFrank

Hello Everyone I hope you all are doing greatMy Vector Designs have been in review for more than four months. I deleted the designs after waiting 3 month for review and uploaded again but still not reviewed it for one month again. These designs are original and made in adobe illustrator software. All my friends' designs are getting reviewed but my designs are still under review. I have emailed Adobe about this situation more than four times but I am receiving the same reply which is to wait for a design review. I don't know the exact issue. Hey, Unfortunately I upload file that has a image in my vector file that is place in in review section. Now I want delete the file but can't be able. What should I do to remove the file that has a issue. Adobe stock can suspend my account for uploading a vector file with a image. I already message in X (Twitter) to Adobe Stock to inform the problem. Because for this issue Adobe Stock can suspend my account. Now I need a change to edit the issue file that has a image in vector file. I attach file with modify. And also remove the image from the file.

Why did not accept Jesus in jpeg? Maybe the composition and format, the location matters? I mean, is it better to make it horizontal? Can you help me with the eggs? If there is a work in the portfolio in a vector based on AI that was uploaded a long time ago, when there was no way to mark the vector as AI. Adobe rules says avoid text in vector files, but I’ve noticed many contributors include text in their vectors . Should I remove the text or is it acceptable to keep it?

Hi, i am running Vector Account my Vector was approved within 1 day but from last week i sumbit vector But only 10-20 files got approved within one day and Remaining files are still In pending for 9 days Why they are not approving??? 

Hi, vector works have been pending verification for 4 months already. I wrote to support, they responded with a standard message that there is a long queue and they check up to 8 weeks, and the works have been under verification for 4 months already. My friends, and indeed all of them, have their works checked immediately, maximum the next day. Please advise what to do. Patience is running out 

Are all the contributors here waiting for review? Is this our problem, or is there an issue with Adobe Stock?

Adobe stock generative ai guide pdf stated that "Use the Enhance tool in Lightroom to increase the original file size, but don’t go beyond 6 to 8 megapixels". But when I read some questions in the community, seems like people are uploading files well over this limit. Sometimes I reduce the image quality to meet the maximum of 8 megapixels when export in the Lightroom. My question is can I upload upto 100 megapixels and 45 MB file size if there are no artifact in the ai generated image. Actually don't want to go file size that big. At least can I upload lightroom enhanced image around 12 megapixels?
