Hi 🙂My image got rejected for:Intellectual Property RefusalThanks for giving us the chance to consider your image.During our review, we found that it contains elements that appear to be protected by intellectual property (IP) laws, so we can't accept it into our collection. Elements protected by IP may appear in the image or in the description, title, and/or keywords.Can somebody plesase help me explain what is intelectual property here?Thank you 🙂

What is the minimum artboard size design I can submit to Adobe Stock and the maximum artboard size I can submit?

Hi.  If someone is under 18 and their parents allow them to sell on Adobe Stock, can they create an account under the parent's name and use it? Is this allowed under Adobe’s policies? 

A partir de uma foto que fiz, criei um mosaico 2x2,  arte em layers (PSD), e salvei um JPG, Esta Imagem foi rejeitada por adobe achar que era IA. Mas não é. 

I have not only images for review but also vectors and some AI content, and nothing is being added. Although I read that everything is added differently, but nothing is actually being added. How can I maintain activity on account if I can't add anything due to the limitation?

Сегодня отклонили все новые такие картинки, с пометкой "отказ в использовании интеллектуальной собственности". Отклонили обычные фоны, изображения десертов, без текста и каких-либо знаков, абсолютно всё. Что поменялось?

Bonjour,  Je n'ai plus aucun de me fichiers qui n'arrive pas à passer la qualité. Je ne comprend pas car plusieurs avant ont été accepté et je faisais moins attention et cela devient vraiment problématique. Puis-je avoir encore votre aide à ce sujet ? J'ai déja posté par rapport à cela,  j'ai taché de faire attention. Mais apparemment cela ne suffit pas, j'ai dus modifié plusieurs fois le même ficher et l'envoyer à plusieurs reprises mais rien ne passe. Il y a t-il un probléme en ce moment ? Êtes vous confronté à la même problématique ?En vous remerciant d'avance.

 I've already read the Adobe Stock guidelines, which state that submitting more than 3 images of the same type is unnecessary. But according to my research I found that many contributors have submitted 20-40 similar images and they have been improved. So will their account be damaged or the account may be closed?Submitting more than one image of the same type can result in account spam or account closure? If only three are submitted in an image count, there are a lot of different niches to look for. If you give the maximum number of images of the same type, there will be no problem in the account in the future. Please let me know.

Hi,my Adobe account was deactivated on Fri, Jan 24th. I completed all the procedures that were properly required of me, but I have not received any response from Adobe yet. I have been working with Adobe since 2022 and have not violated any terms or followed Adobe's guidelines.However, something strange happened on Jan 22th. Someone downloaded images at a just a day before my account was deactivated. I suspect that Adobe may have taken this action due to suspicious sales activity. Can you tell me what I should do now? At least I have the right to know why my account has been deactivated.

I would like to know the reasons for the problems that cause many accounts to be blocked or closed to work with PNG in Adobe stock, so that I don't have to face such problems in the future. Hello, please help. I am new seller and created with AI these photos. And they were all rejected with reasonCommon issues that can affect the technical quality of your images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering, or artifacts/noise. 

I have a vector account where I submitted 51 vector files in first submission, now I want to delete all vector files and work only with png files. Will there be any problems?

I have assets waiting for review for 6 months, much longer than the maximum time allowed for review, which is 8 weeks, and I keep sending new photos that are also not being reviewed. I find this very strange, it seems that my contributor account was forgotten by the reviewers or has a bug. I have already sent a complaint but they only responded with a generic email asking me to continue waiting. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi,   Recently few of my AI Generated images were rejected because of quality issues, could someone check them out and point out what exactly is of a bad quality in these images? And how to improve these in Affinity?
