Hello there, My account got suspended about 50 days ago and i have reached ot to them via contact us link and i appealed to get it back.   It was violation of having multiple accounts. I made two accounts and i didn't know i can't do that. (It was my mistake to not understand the terms correctly) So i asked them to delete one of them and keep the other.   They just responded to me now and sent me this mail "We have reviewed your request to review our decision to close your account. At this time, we have decided not to reinstate your account due to ongoing violation of our Terms."   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum] Does this mean it is a permenant ban or there is a chance to get it back?   And if it is a permenant ban ... Can i open a new account and start over again?   If i can open a new account ... Can i use the same assets on the account that got closed or i have to make a new assets at all?   Note: I had arround 14K assets and sales ar

its the second working day of this week that i have no sales. is it because of the new year? because it never happened before

I have a set of images that are getting refused due to quality issues even after i fixed everything i could think about. They are not pixel perfect, but also not meant to be viewed under high zoom, and i can't understand which parts are still seem like an issue for adobe staff. Can you help me identify problematic spots?Also another question - for some images like this, review time takes 2 days, when the others i have are 3+ month in review. Hi i have created account 27 days ago on adobe stock contributor and uploaded few images but till that day it is still showing that my submissions are still under review. what i need to do to get them reviewed fast. i also upload regularly on shutterstock and they usally take 5 days to approve and since then probably i have uploaded more than 50 pictures. i am not getting this verification/review system at adove stock contributor. thanks

I don't think it's too hard to distinguish a 3D render image from a generative AI, although this was the given reason for rejecting my resource. What do you guys think?

Two questions - 1) do contributors often contribute to multiple site? 2) If yes, is it a good idea to write a unique description for each site you upload your image/assets to? For example, let's say I have a picture of a bulldog and I upload it to three different sites. Is it best to ...A) be unique?  Black bulldog with white spots.  White spotted black bulldog.  A bulldog's black fur has white spots.... or ...B) use the same description across all three sites?  Black bulldog with white spots.  

For me at least, moderators appear to be reviewing images out of order based on the subject. My recent Valentine's Day and Easter assets are being reviewed ahead of older assets. Start thinking ahead.

Hello! Please help me understand why my AI-generated images were rejected. The reason stated was "Low Quality." Before this, I submitted about 10 holiday backgrounds, and they were all accepted. However, all my other AI images were rejected. Is it really a quality issue? Or am I incorrectly labeling the images? I did indicate that they were AI-generated. I’m new to the site, so I don’t quite understand what the problem is. I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you!

Hello, I used AI to create pictures, but I forgot to check the AI option when submitting them. Now these pictures have been rejected. How can I re-edit these pictures and add an AI label?

Reason for refusal - soft focus and other technical requirements.Photo size is larger than minimum requirements, photo is clear and conceptual. All stated requirements as mandatory are met.Other stocks working with AI willingly accept these same photos.What could be the problem? Give advice.
