Hello everyone!Could you please help me figure out where the intellectual property violation might be in my photos?Whenever the keyboard of this laptop appears in the photo, the images get rejected. I can’t understand what exactly is visible that causes the issue.From my assumptions: it could be the space bar, but some photos with the space bar clearly visible still get approved. Or maybe it’s the white keys on the keyboard, but even those photos are sometimes approved and sometimes rejected.Could you please advise what else I might be missing?

It's been over 2.5 months since I uploaded my stock images to my Adobe Stock Contributor account. Still, my stock has not been approved. Does Adobe Stock is facing some issues? 

hi, i have a problem with the subscription code i got from the contributor bonus program.i am a member since the start and have gotten this bonus code for at least 5 years in a row. now when i put in the code to renew my subscription, following the instructions on the website i linked too below, i get the message that i have "reached the limit" for such bonus codes. https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/how-to-redeem-creative-cloud-bonus-code.html this worked fine the last years but with the code i got in 2024 i get an error message that i reached the limits for such codes. does that mean this "bonus" i got is not valid?that i get from now on a subscription bonus code from adobe that is useless?why then giving it to people at all that have reached the limit? i can´t be the only one who got this bonus subscription code 5 times?! i asked the adobe stock support about this and also the general adobe support.both are pretty much useless, the solu

Hi Community. I need feedback to this picture and why you would assume that it was rejected. I want to learn and want to understand why.It is an AI generated picture, which was upscaled by midjourney and then reupscaled using topaz gigapixel ... it has 300dpi (topaz upscale) and is 9856x7424do i upscale them too big?greetings

Hi Adobe Stock Contributor Community,I hope everyone is doing well. I submitted several files to Adobe Stock about a month ago, but they are still under review, and I haven’t received any updates. Usually, I’ve noticed reviews happen much faster, so I’m a bit concerned about the delay this time.I’ve double-checked my submissions to ensure they meet the requirements (proper format, keywords, and metadata). I’m wondering if this delay is common lately or if there’s something I might have missed.Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Why are my images, all very similar to these, getting rejected for quality issues?

I am quite new to this but I have had AI images accepted before. A few recenet ones though have not been. I have attached 2 images. Could it be the faces are a little too much, the wrinkles dont look great. Just not what they are looking for or something else. Thank you for any tips.

I have a total of three computer devices. I have three Adobe Stock accounts on three devices and work with vectors on all of them. Three computers run through a WiFi network. Dear Adobe Stock Team,I am a contributor on Adobe Stock, and I have several files in "Pending Review" status for over 3, 4, and 5 months. I am unable to locate the specific file IDs as they are not visible in the pending review state.I would like to request assistance in deleting these files, as they are no longer needed in my portfolio. I have two Adobe Stock vector accounts on my PC. There is currently one account I'm regularly uploading files to and another account I'm shutting down because I found out that having two accounts on the same device gets the account blocked. What should I do now?

Even after 8 weeks of submitting files to my account, the files are still not being approved.

help! I uploaded PNG transparent images to Adobe stock, but it didn't show transparent background. I could see the format is PNG from my dashboard, but on the public page, it only has Jepg format. I have spent so much time to change the background, don't want it to be lost it. anyone know the problem?

Im Konto selbst finde ich nur eine CSV Datei, die kaum für die Buchhaltung reichen dürfte. Ist die irgendwo versteckt? Wenn ja, wo?Ich habe Adobetax über Wochen schon mehrfach gemailt, aber nie eine Antwot erhalten. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn mir jemand auf die Sprünge helfen könnte. Wie hinterlegt Ihr die Verkäufe denn in Eurer Buchhaltung an? Hi everyone, I cant seem to get my images uploaded to stock, due to quality standards. I use an iphone 11 pro. Does anyone have tips to get my images passed easier through improving the quality? Should i use/ not use portrait mode?

I have been summitted few contents (totoal 17 vectors) and still under review for 1-2 months already. It said the review will need 8 weeks and some are over 2 months and do not update status.  I wonder what is going on at Adobe Stock.
