Hello, I am not getting any option to check my SFTP credentials to upload the videos. Please help

hallo ich  ertstelle bilder mit transparenten hintergrund im photoshop, speicher sie exortiere als unter PNG mit transparenz, wenn ich diese datein selber öffne ist alles ok, aber wenn ich sie bei adobestock hochlade, erscheinen sie weiß und nicht transparent,FRAGE: wie gehe ich hier vor, was muss ich gegebenenfalls ändern oder anders einstellen, danke!

Good morning, I have had my account blocked again due to violation of the guidelines, is there a possibility of recovery? Second time. I struggle to understand guidelines in English, sometimes I make mistakes. I don't understand the rules about buildings! Modern and ancient. I've been doing this job for years and I don't understand why some modern buildings are accepted and others violate the guidelines!        

Why All of my Stock Photos are removed, but i can find them in the buy section and I can buy them, but i am not seeing them in my portfolio? Also all my income disappear?

Why not approve my images 

Sono perplessa. Prima quasi tutte le foto inviate ad Adobe, mi erano accettate. Ora, quasi dopo 3 mesi di attesa per la revisione, sono bocciate tutte. Precedentemente sono stata anche pagata da adobe perchè le mie immagini erano state utilizzate per addestrare l'intelligenza artificiale. Invece sembra che ora che ci sono le immagini generate dall'IA, improvvisamente le foto hanno tutte problemi di qualità. Porto ad esempio questa foto. Sicuramente non è la foto migliore mai esistita, ma l'ho caricata nello stesso giorno su shutterstock (che ha sempre avuto dei criteri di selezione più severi rispetto ad adobe) e adobe, e nel frattempo che la foto è stata in attesa di valutazione su adobe, su Shutterstock è stata venduta 26 volte. Invece adobe l'ha bocciata per problemi di qualità. Come è possibile che i problemi di qualità siano così relativi? Non è che ormai che ci sono le immagini generate con l'IA, le foto non servono più?

My content is pending from last 13 days why?

Whatever picture I have uploaded on Adobe stock, some of them get rejected. What is the issue? And when I look further, I tell them about the quality issue. My uploaded file gets rejected. What is the issue, please help me. Then let's see why this is happening, my 500 upload files are getting rejected and it is just a quality issue, what is its condition, how can I upload it?

I sell 1000s of images each year, as a contributor to Adobe Stock.  It would appear that reviewing of images has come to a standstill.  I have numerous images that have been in a "to be reviewed" status for more than 2 months, with many more I am prepared to submit.  None of them are "AI" images.   The content submit screen does indicate it can take up to 8 weeks... but it is well past that.  I have numerous other images I am looking to upload, but I am reluctant, as the metadata takes some time and effort on my part, and if Adobe is not going to review images in a timely manner, I can use other stock photo sites instead, where my efforts are rewarded.  If there is an issue with my particular account or submissions, Adobe should advise on what I can do to address the situation.  If not, Adobe is doing an incredibly poor job of keeping their contributors updated on what is going on with the current subm

The story from the beginning is that on the 21st of last month, I requested a payout and had $120 in my balance. On the 25th, I made 220 sales and achieved about $240 on that day alone. Adobe closed my account, and I cannot blame them for this because, before that day, I was achieving 30 to 50 sales per week. So, I contacted Support, and they responded by reopening my account on the 5th of this month and deducted the suspicious balances due to the Irregular Sales problem. These balances were estimated at only $70, so I had $290 in my account (the $120 I had requested + the remaining $170 of the $240 I achieved on the 25th after they deducted $70 due to the Irregular Sales problem). On the 5th, as I mentioned, they reopened my account, and on that day, I achieved 40 sales for about $35. So, the total amount in my account became $325. I requested a payout on the 7th of this month, and today they closed my account again, and I don't know why. Did they suspect the 40 sales I made on t

My five-month-old account was deactivated without any notification or explanation. I had uploaded 22,000 files to that account. I then created a new account, and it was deactivated after only a few seconds without any files being uploaded. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

Hello everyone,I currently have a limit of 501 assets in review on Adobe Stock. I'm wondering if there's a way to increase this limit? Also, do rejected images affect this limit in any way? Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance for your help!

I started a different thread on this same subject, which was approved by moderators, then UN-approved later. I have no idea why.I am unable to upload an ai file (vector). No matter how small I make the file, the upload is always rejected for SIZE.I need to speak with someone who can help me find and solve the problem. (Yes, I've reviewed all the submission criteria VERY carefully, and found no help.)-- I suspect that the upload routine for vector ai files is simply non-operational at this time. But confirmation of this would also be very helpful, if it is indeed the case.Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello everyone!I tried to publish 3 photos with you for the first time.Sony a1 camera.. and the photo quality corresponding to the flagship of the line...Why does the review on your site about the reasons for refusing to accept the photo not contain any information about the reasons themselves, is not supported by anything? Dear community members, I have a question. We are a big family and all are working in IT, Grphics and Web. We all share connections and space. About 15 Persons are working as Graphic Designer in same house. We have 2 Landline Connections and do use our cellphones some times as well. And all of our accounts were de-activated last month. Now we don't know what exactaly have happened. It is so strange. We are not sure what's going on. And also don't know how to deal this situation. Any can guide us? Regards

Hi All   Time for a rant!   I have just had two videos declined on the grounds of 'one or more technical issues, such as unintentional shaking, empty black or white frame, compression and/or audio issues'   Now, let me explain why I am annoyed. Firstly, they are both drone videos via my DJI MINI 4 Pro. There is no shaking as the gimbal does an excellent job. There are no empty black or white frames present, it was filmed in HLG/HDR in 4K UHD and there is no audio. I have had this checked by a TV editor friend of mine and she states that she doesnt understand why it has been rejected.   I am now going to do what I have done before.... that is, resubmit it and wait for it to be approved which has happened more than once.   On a final point, a six week turn around on looking at the work I have submitted - that's rediculous!   Thank you for listening.
