Stock Contributors

Hi guys!I have recently uploaded my 2nd batch of 10 images, and this time were all rejected. 😱My first batch of images were about graphics birds and were All accepted, sooner than I thought and I was very excited.But this time, I don't know what went wrong with these images. I am really sad because I spend more than 2 hours for each image in photoshop, to correct and edit them for perfection.They are Ai images and very high quality @ 300dpi. I removed artifacts, noise, etc... I hope it is not about the lighting, because I want them that way in low lighting the concept.What else left to do? 😭On the Upload, I choose Photos instead of “illustration”. Is that a problem? I really need your feedback, guys.I uploaded some of my images:

Hi, My four accounts were deactivated due to a validation issue (intellectual property infringement claim). I want to start again with my new work, and I'll carefully follow all of Adobe Stock's rules.I have a question: Can I use the same PC or device to create a new account, or do I need to use a new device? I'm unsure if Adobe Stock allows multiple accounts.

I keep getting illustrations rejected as undeclared AI - which is not true as I don't use AI. So question is am I at risk from having my account blocked because Adobe incorrectly categorise my illustrations.  Many thanksA  

Dear who it may concern,  I'm a contributor on Adobe Stock. I made withdrawal on 27 of November via PayPal.  Normally, I made withdrawal via Skrill and PayPal too. Today , still have no money in my PayPal account.   Today I checked status on Adobe it's show DONE. But in PayPal I have not receive any money.  It's said processing time is 7-10 days. Mine was more than 10 days. It's the longest time ever.   Kindly help to check why the money hasn't arrive in my PayPal account? What's the issue?    And if the pay was not successful please refund my money to my account so that I'll withdraw via Payoneer or Skrill.   I already sent email to support but no reply.   If anyone can help out please 🥺🙏   Thank you   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hallo,  ich habe dieses Bild selbst aus meinen Foto-Ressourcen erstellt und auf Adobe Stock als Illustration (da es ja kein Foto ist) hochgeladen. Es wurde mit der Begründung abgelehnt, es handle sich wahrscheinlich um ein KI generiertes Bild. Ein grundsätzlich abgelehntes Bild würde mich nicht so irritieren, aber wie steht es nun um die Beweispflicht, dass es sich um KEIN generiertes Bild handelt? Und wird es dann doch angenommen oder doch abgelehnt? Ich bin gespannt auf Eure Antwort, da ich nicht weiß, wie ich weiter vorgehen soll.    

Could frequent image rejections on Adobe Stock negatively impact my account? Initially, rejections were higher, but as I've become more familiar with the site, they've decreased. My rejection rate currently stands at 16.67% after calculation. 

Hi there im having the same problem regarding that my images does not want to upload but when i try to upload it tells me to verify if i am a human, when i pres verify it just tells me that "something went wrong, try again".

I started a couple days ago.  I was able to upload 5 .jpg files.  But many are being rejected on upload.  I know all the files meet the minimum file size, so it must have something to do with content.  I have reviewed all the subjects that say they can't be used, and I have none of these in my photos.  I have tried several cityscapes from Budapest and Prague that were all rejected.  Interestingly, one of the photos of Budapest originally uploaded, but was rejected on review because of focus problems.  It had been done with Photomatix HDR software, I determined the judges do not like HDR treatment.  So I resubmitted the same photo without HDR (it is sharp) and now it is rejected by the upload software.  This is quite frustrating.

I've open a ticked regarding faulty rejection reasons on the part of Adobe team.The PNG's I have submitted are 100% my own creation and I've also attached screenshots of the proof. These pictures respect TOTALLY all the conditions required, from content to technical. The pictures were rejected because of not labeled as AI.The answer that I've got from Adobe's employee is in lesser words:"There is a reason mistake but... we don't care, we don't have time for you, go read more of our garbage that we don't uphold."And here is the answer that I've got from Adobe employee so that no one considers that I've missinterpret Adobe customer (don't) care services:"Thank you for your feedback. I clearly understand what you have written. You submitted content that was not created with generative AI software. The moderation team provided you with a rejection reason indicating you needed the generative AI tag. It's possible the moderator that reviewed the content made a mistake and selected the wrong

I do not see any icon or hot link to accomplish this. I see how to do this on my iPad and desktop but not for the iPhone. Any help is appreciated. Rich

I am incapable of working I am very sorry about my account And if I have committed any mistake unknowingly, I have tried to talk to the help center several times and have also sent mails several times but I am not getting any response. Please take action on this and my issue should be resolved.I am mentioning the screenshot of the response given at different times.

why there is no filter to sort my images in my portfolio?My new content falls down the drain and there is no way to sort by recent and see all contentPlease adobe copy and paste the same sort filters that general searchs to personal portfolio.  

Hi,Twice I've tried to get a payout with paypal and both times waited over a month. Both times there was no record on paypal's end (many messages back and forth with paypal support) and both time eventually the money landed back into my contributor account (even though the payments would show as "done" for many weeks).Adobe support, like the paypal support, didn't have an answer for me. Even got the paypal transaction ID from adobe to pass on to paypal, but this didn't help. They said it doesn't exist.Both sides claim it's a problem with the other side. I am an Australian resident.Any way I can get this to work with paypal that I should try? Business account? Fees looked a bit expensive at about 5% if you include the withdrawl to actually get your hands on the money. Or is this the best? And I couldn't tell if there were monthly fees - maybe someone can confirm this. Their support line won't pick up. I see Payoneer and Skrill are other options.Can anyone please suggest the be

Can I register two accounts with two emails, one to upload only AI generated images and one to upload images I've made or taken myself?If so, can the account that uploads non-AI generated images have few of AI generated images in it? Or can't even one image?

On Adobe stock contributor page says that "Payment done", but I didn't receive money on my Paypal. I was reading that this issue is for Ukrainian contributors, as I am. What I have to do to return money to stock, so I can submit another withdrawal to Payoneer? Thanks.
