Stock Contributors

Hello, I moved from Ukraine to Germany. My Adobe subscription (programs) is connected to my contributor account. I have got activation code (as a contributor who has enough sales).In what order do I have to act to change country?Adobe support chat answered they will cancel my subscription in this case. They don't know what to do and all the time close the chat.Can I change country only in my contributor account and tax form? Will I save my Adobe programs in this case? When will be better to change country in Adobe subscription?Thank you!

Is there a way you separate reviewing generative AI and original artwork submissions? It's already taking too long for original artworks to be reviewed because many artists upload generative AI works more that it's also affecting the review time for those submitting original works. Can you make a separate team for this? This is just my suggestion. I hope you take this into consideration as I already saw many artists here waiting for over a month to get their vectors approved.

Hi I uploaded 21 photos, 5 rejected for quality problems and 15 rejected for images already submitted, it doesn't make sense

I have taken the photos from Sony a6400 keeping main subject in focus , but still the photos are being rejected , can any one please tell the reason why they are being not accepted , so that i can improve from next time . Also i have heard , instead of .jpg file extension it should be .jpeg , is it so ? although both are same and it should not matter .

Hi all, I started contributing to Adobe Stock in Jan 2023, mostly images I made for fun. I think I'm doing fine, especially as I only consider this a hobby that's making me a little bit of money, but I'd like to get feedback from experienced members here. Do the following stats look "normal" in terms of how well hobbyists normally do on this platform? 2,637 images uploaded430 total downloads231 rejected (so around an 8.5% rejection rate)

Hello everyone, I just joined adobe stock and start uploading mostly vector assets, It has been 16 days and none of them have been accepted. I did some research mostly longer review only applied to generative ai contents. Is there anything I should/can do in this situation?Thank you.

I'm beyond frustrated...now just disgusted at whatever Adobe's "approval team" is doing. But, clearly, they don't have a clue what they are doing.   They have said to "come here" for your opinions, rather than just tell me OFFICIALLY...seems pretty stupid, right? Why answer the question when you can have someone else offer subjective reasons.   At any rate, wondering how many others have seen the same thing I have; with hundreds of images with the EXACT QUALITY and even lesser, suddenly my images are being REJECTED for the blanket reason of "Quality Issues"!!!   Just for kicks...I'll post a few of the ones recently rejected. These are downsied to 2400px, so don't think the submissions were low-res.   [moderator replaced the subject]

Hello, I've completed a Tax Residence form on a country and I'd like to change it to another.Is it possible? I haven't tried to just do it, yet.

I was thrilled to be accepted and become a contributor to Adobe a few years back. Many of the photos I have submitted have been accepted and I have made sales. For the past few months not a single photo has been accepted for same reason doesn't meet our standards. I am an IPhone contributor and respect the reviewer's decision but am perplexed when the same photos are being accepted and selling on other stock sites. I am including a recent flower photo as an example and hope someone can help me understand the quality issue. I normally am a beach landscape photographer and tried to change up submissions since I am getting no approvals. I am fully aware an IPhone does not have quality as cameras do but up until a few months ago I had only a few photos not being accepted. Again, I respect the decisions but feel a bit hopeless at this point submitting here when others are accepting my submissions. Thank you for any input it is much appreciated.

I have been waiting for a response from them for a month now. I don't understand something. I want to take some action. Maybe I should delete my account and create a new one. How can the support for contributors be so poor? I am not receiving any response to my messages... I want to delete and create a new account. I want to receive the money I requested for the sold images. Maybe I need to take legal action; it's impossible to work with them like this...
