I am new to adobe stock and just learning to take pictures, process my work, I started my account a long time ago and started working recently, but I was not attentive, I uploaded something wrong and my account was blocked, there are options to unlock my account and I understood my mistakes so that I don’t repeat them again and continue to work further who can help a beginner I really need to unlock and continue working thanks for understanding

Hello! My works have been reviewed more than three weeks. Usually it takes more less time. Can you explain the reason for that or help me to fix this mistake. Hi, I am already a contributor in Adobe Stock. Previously, when I uploaded new work, it was approved within 5-7 days at most. Now I've been waiting for 2 weeks and my work is still not approved. Why is it taking so long? What can I do to speed up the process? I have a job for Easter and I specifically uploaded it earlier. Grand fan des produits Adobe depuis le début de leurs existences. Je suis aussi devenu au fil du temps un fier contributeur de la banque d’images d’Adobe STOCK. Des milliers d’heures de travail et des minuscules revenus, mais quelle fierté! Jusqu’au jour ou Adobe Stock a condamné mon compte, parce que mes images sont également vendues chez des compétiteurs tels que Shutterstock ainsi qu'un autre site dont je suis le propriétaire. Selon Adobe, je revends des images qui ne m’appartiennent pas.Bon j’ai poliment fait cinq ou six tentatives pour communiquer avec eux, afin de leur expliquer que je suis en mesure de prouver que je suis bien l’auteur de ces images, étant le seul à posséder les fichiers RAW ou PSD. Mais personne à l’autre bout du fil, sauf peut-être une IA. Pas de réponse depuis deux mois et mon compte toujours fermé. Condamnation sans jugement ou erreur informatique ?Est-ce que quelqu'un vole mes images et les vend sur un autre site? Dans ce cas, je suis la victime et non

I'm confused about Property Releases when the generated AI images of people are cartoon style. Are Property Releases necessary in this case too?Thanks in advance.Elisabetta

I will tell you my case to see if this has happened to someone else:   I started selling on Adobe Stock a while ago, and since I was just starting to sell, I made typical rookie mistakes, and in that I sent some illustrations that I had used to create 3D book covers.   And I just sent those illustrations to Adobe Stock, and they blocked my account for Intellectual Property. I explained my case by mail, asking for help, since it was my first time selling on Adobe Stock and I wanted to see how I could recover my account.   It turns out that Adobe Stock support stopped responding to the emails I sent, and this case has been going on for more than 2 months, and I still don't have information about the blocked account. Even in the Adobe Stock support chat, my messages are not answered.   And I also had to create a new account, and it's been 10 days, and they still don't review the illustrations I send for review in that new account.   This is where I come to think t

My Adobe Stock began to refuse to accept photos for quality control, although these photos passed quality control on all stocks, including such well-known ones as Shutterstock, iStockphoto and others. Does Adobe Stock have any acceptance requirements that are different from other stocks? Attached two photos for example in the refusal. I get so confused when reading the verbiage.  Would a building under construction be consider copyright infringment?

I am using a paid AI service to create faces. Even if the person in the image is non-existent, adobe still requires a model or property release. I read in another thread that a property release is needed for a non-existent person. I am very confused.My doubts are: 1. What should I upload for the 'Visual Reference of the property' in the release form?2. Property owner - Who is considered the property owner, me or the AI company?3. Artist information - Should I provide my own artist information or that of the AI company?It would be very helpful if someone could clarify the above details. Thanks.

Hola a todos he publicado una foto de unas gaviotas en vuelo a muy baja velocidad de forma que queda trepidada todo esta hecho a proposito y me la rechazan por problemas tecnicos, incluso poniendola en recursos graficos Me podeis decir como se pueden poner abtracciones sabiendo que de echo ya tienen problemas tecnicos por que echo esta foto tubo mucho exito entre mis amigos y compañeros en dedes sociales Saludos y gracias 

I have uploaded many AI created "photos" to Adobe Stock and as described properly labeled at categories as "illustrations", "generatively created" and the keywords and titles also properly labeled. e.g. generatively created with AI. After several weeks of "processing time" I get today the message "During the review we have found elements (and indeed all) , which require a written model release". Maybe a human could take a look at this and not a bot. Why are extra fields introduced like "generatively created"??? I can only shake my head at this. This is anything but professional work.

Just for curiosity sake, if anyone can tell  me what is the problem with this image.Every other agency acepted this image but here. Thanks!

As someone who has been regularly contributing to Adobe Stock, I was excited to hear about the opportunity to earn complimentary access to one of the Creative Cloud plans based on the number of downloads my assets received during the 2022 calendar year.I met the requirements to qualify for the Creative Cloud Photography (20GB) plan, as I had over 250 downloaded qualifying assets and more than 20 approved assets submitted in 2022. However, I have yet to receive my complimentary plan, despite my Brazilian colleagues who are also contributors already receiving theirs.When I reached out to Adobe Stock support, I received unhelpful responses that only repeated the requirements I already met, without acknowledging the issue or providing a solution. I performed some searches on Adobe stock to see where some images would rank when searching for their keywords. What was surprising was that they didn't come up in the results at all!- For the first test I picked this premium image of some heart shaped cookies (568256741)- Filters were all set to 'ALL', ALL asset types, ALL subcategories, ALL price etc, to ensure widest possible search.- I searched for "February 14, food" which are my target images main keywords.- To find my target image in the results, I sorted the results by "most recent"- My target image (568256741) was uploaded on the 6th of February 2023, so should appear between images 568258273 and 568256259 but does not.Just to check this wasn't a random mistake I tried another test - For the second test I picked this premium image of a lighthouse (514377703)- Filters were all set to 'ALL', ALL asset types, ALL subcategories, ALL price etc, to ensure widest possible search.- I searched for "Uruguay, lighthouse" which are m
