Hola buenas tardes, soy nuevo aquí en St y quisiera como puedo subir mis fotos en donde salen personas. Prácticamente son sesiones, si alguien me pudiera ayudar se los agradecería mucho.

Hi, Most of my recently uploaded photos are being rejected. Do you also have a problem? Technical problems etc. reasons are stated.

Buen día, tengo una consulta con respecto a dos fotos que fueron no aceptadas por ustedes y no encuentro fallas con respecto a sus terminos de calidad. Ninguna de las dos fotos muestra tener algun error con respecto a la tecnica, ubicacion, iluminacion entre otras caracteristicas. Soy nuevo en esta plataforma, de modo que me gustaria de forma directa saber cuales fueron las consideraciones al negar estas dos fotografias.

I would like to close my account. I have some old photos on it and I got an email asking me to fill out a W-8 tax form. I no longer want to use the account. I've never actually used it. I put them on when it was called fotolia. Now I can't log in. I get the error "Authentication failed based on the information you entered." How do I resolve this issue and close my Contribution account?Please help.

Hallo,sind schon einige Anfragen wg. abgelehnter Fotos.Mein Problem ist, dass ich diese Meldung bekomme:Belichtungsprobleme, Weichzeichner, übermäßige Filterung oder Artefakte/Rauschen.Wenn schon Fehler erkannt werden, wäre es doch gut das Kind beim Namen zu nennen. The attached photo was rejected due to "technical problems". Could someone give me an indication what this technical problem might be?

Hi folks, I know this will get rejected for the white milky blur sitting in a line at the edge of the table. I'm not sure what that is, it may be a reflection off the end of the table from the light. Either way, I've tried a few approaches to getting rid of it and haven't found one that works.  Curious to what you all would suggest? This is a low quality image, but the white area extends almost uniformly at the end of the table. I haven't been successful with a clone here due to the slight gradient in color by some of the neighboring boards of the table.  Thanks!

I have 480 accepted uploads, but as you can see there's only 2 files show up on my public profile portofolio. And when I click one of my uploaded, its directly showed "page not found" page  I suspect all of my uploads didnt show up on the adobe stock web... What should I do on this issue? As you can see, my works only 2 appears in my public profile portofolio even tough I have 480 files uploaded.

I really dont understand whey this wasnt accepted. The image is sharp. The lines are crisp. It is not blurry. it is 12960x6144. There is no artifacting. It is a 19.2 MB file. Any thoughts?

I have tried multiple times to submit a Generative AI image that depicts a person. This person was NOT generated based on any specific, identifiable individual. NO image of a particular individual was used, nor was any individual mentioned in the Generative AI prompt -- only the term "old man." The title of my image states "Generative AI, fictitious person, not based on a real person, not based on a real model." I included a Property Release, as instructed in the Adobe livestream regarding Generative AI. I have been repeatedly rejected and told that I need a Model Release. How can I include a Model Release when no model was used?

Hi guys, I understand that a CSV contains things like "filename","short description","keywords" etc   Do you keep a CSV on all images that you take or only on images that are submitted?   It is basically a ledger to keep track of the images?   How many people actually do this?

Wie kann es sein das Adobe nach genauer Prüfung einiger Fotos die nicht geeigneten noch im Archiv behält ohne das ich sie löschen kann? Diese Fotos sind noch immer mein Eigentum und sie haben nicht das Recht diese schlechten Fotos zu behalten. Ich möchte mein Recht auf Löschung dieser ungeeigneten Fotos bestehen! Es gibt von Ihrer Seite aus keine Reaktion auf meine Frage! Ich finde das sehr fragwürdig und unverschämt mein Eigentum zu archivieren. Wie geht es anderen Leuten die ähnliches erfahren. Für lächerliche 0.33$ so einen Mist zu machen, gut oder schlecht : behalten bezahlen oder löschen!

Ich habe das Original meines Bildes versehentlich vom PC gelöscht ... Jetzt wollte ich wissen ob ich mir via Adobe Stock mein eigenes, bereits hochgeladenes Bild (kostenlos) runterladen kann. Wer weiss das? Danke.

Hello!  I closed my Adobe Stock account more than 2 years ago but my illustrations still  had been selling on Adobe partners sites. I asked the support team via email and chat to help me to stop selling my illustrations. They told me to create the new Adobe account and then syncronize it with Fotolia account in order to receive my earnings. At this step the system says that "New account creation is not available at this time". In this case it is not possible for me to have the access to my earnings.  I'm waiting the answer from support team for a very long time.  Maybe someone knows, how long it takes to wait the answer from support team? Hola estimados amigos de la comunidad de Stock, siempre subo material y algunos son rechazados, eso lo entiendo perfectamente, pero en esta oportunidad mi disparo fue a 50mm aproximadamente con velocidad 1/400 en su punto dulce f8, la imagen cuenta con enfoque selectivo.Me la rechazaron por no cumplir con estándares de calidad. "problemas de exposición, flou artístico, filtro excesivo o artefactos/ruido".Y esas imágenes solo tienen un leve retoque en lightroom y su balance de blancos y exposición está calibrado. No estoy reclamando amigos, solo quiero saber para mejorar. Saludos y espero tengan muchas ventas.Saludos y gracias.
