Stock Contributors

Dear all, I've made a lot of effort to create good AI images with Nano Bana Pro. So I've updated just these 2 images to Adobe but they were rejected for 'quality issuses'- In my opinion they have no 'quality issuses' or see I something wrong?- The topic is in my opinion good too, or not?- Or do Adobe not accept AI content anymore? But this can be dangerous because the quality of AI images increasing from month to month and you make images that you can't do on the old way- So, should I go back to my old 3D program or to my Fuji Camera?- Or has Adobe Stock no future?I can understand Adobe to stop the flood of poor generated AI images, but they should be open for good ones.I'm an old guy in stock since 2006 and was on Fotolia before Adobe.Thanks for your feedback

My photo was rejected because it was supposedly created by AI, and I didn't mention that. But it's 100% my photo, photoshopped! I even have the unprocessed RAW file.

For all these years, I have entrusted my creative work to your platform and believed that my portfolio was being presented to buyers reliably and consistently.Today, I discovered something truly alarming: A very large portion of my portfolio, including many of my best-selling and most meaningful works, still appears normally in my Contributor Dashboard, yet cannot be opened on the buyer side. Buyers see the message “This content is no longer available.”I have no idea how long this has been happening, and that uncertainty affects me deeply. I trusted that my work was safe and never felt the need to constantly check it. Now, seeing that my work is closed to buyers is truly upsetting.For this reason, I kindly and urgently request: An explanation of why so many of my assets have become invisible to buyers while still appearing active in my dashboard,

Dear Expert, This is a PNG format image. Here, four different color effects have been applied to a circle icon. There is not much scope for customers to change the color after purchasing a PNG photo. So I did this. Will it be considered spamming if I put four such variations on one artboard? I hope I get your advice.

I have not uploaded any files yet (my total uploads, in review, rejected are still 0) my new account is already restricted by an upload limit. Because of this, I’m unable to submit any content at all. is this normal? and how long should i wait? I have emailed contributor support but there has been no response or reply until now, please help me. 

 Need feedback so that i can improve my images.  As i have many images rejected based on quality issues and similar images in collection. But i am confused with both these reasons.

The attached photo was rejected, and I would like to have it reconsidered. This explanation was given: "During our review, we found that your submission closely resembles content already available on Adobe Stock. While some similarities are expected in a large collection, we refuse content that is too repetitive so customers can easily find distinct and relevant content." My photo is entitles Mount Rushmore at Night. I searched Stock Images and found a total of 4,663 Mount Rushmore pictures, but only 21 that were evening or nighttime photos. I feel my photo stands out as one of the better images in this sub-category, but I understand that my thoughts a very subjective. Can anyone help me with this? Paul Hummel

Hello Adobe Stock team,My contributor account was deactivated due to “suspicious activity” about two months ago. I contacted contributor support three times (with 1 week between each message), but I have not received any response at all. I am unable to find the correct category in the support form for “account deactivated”, so I used the closest options available. Maybe my requests were not processed correctly — I’m not sure. Could someone from the Adobe Stock team please look into my case or forward it to the appropriate department? I would like to understand: What specific issue or violation was detected on my account? Whether my account can be reviewed again and possibly reactivated? If any documents or information are needed from me, I am ready to provide them immediately. On November 18, 2025, I withdrew The Payment From Adobe Stock. But I have not received the payment so far. Why has not come to my skill account?

 Hi,    I would be very grateful if you could tell me this: You rejected one of the images below and selected the other because they are similar. What is the similarity between these two pictures? And do you reject images based on seeing similar objects? Or a similar composition. Because if I send you two of the best images out of 50, which are appreciated on other websites, but get rejected on your platform, does that mean the other reviewers don't have enough experience?Thank you for the positive response.

Hello, I'm writing because I've been experiencing a drop in sales for a few months now. Maybe this is caused by the fact that I started uploading photos from a different niche some months ago (around August and September). I started uploading photos from my previous niche again about a month ago, but I'm not seeing any difference compared to before. I still earn very few dollars per day (sometimes none). Do you know how I can improve, and whether I will ever return to earning the same as before? Dear advisor, suppose I design a mobile icon. First, I submit it to Adobe Stock as a line-art vector. Then I submit the same icon again as a 3D icon. After that, I create a neon-light version of the icon and submit it as a PNG file. Finally, I turn the same icon into a motion-graphics video and upload it as a video file. In short, I am presenting the same icon in four different styles. If I do this, will it cause any problems? Will this be spamming? Try to understand, here are four different presentations. Hi there, I have a question because I submitted some ribbon banners and it where rejected saying that is an Ia image and I didn't marked the IA content button, well I made the ribbons in krita not with AI how can I submit it to get accepted? The website said they were rejected for quality issues. is it the overall sharpness? or Too shallow focus? how do you test your photo sharpness before uploading? grateful for any help as to what I can do to improve.

My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated on October 2, 2025, at 2:52 PM, with the reason stated as “Deactivated for suspicious activity.”Since the deactivation date, up to today (December 1, 2025), my account has not been restored.Immediately after my account was deactivated, I submitted an appeal and also sent multiple emails to Adobe Stock Support. However, I have not received a single reply to any of my messages.
