Not sure of the intellectual property issue. Are swans protected by intellectual property? Honestly, I don't know. (well I heard something about them being royal or something)There are no people, no buildings, nothing except a swan swimming in a river with it's head going under water to get something to eat.A screenshot of part of the video.   CheersNate

Respected Experts, If multiple contributors use their own computers under the same Internet IP address. If each has a separate contributor account. Each of which has its own and separate information. If they manage them from separate computers. Can their contributor accounts ever be closed for having the same internet IP address? Many people say this. Please help by saying the correct one. Hi everyone, I'm new to contributing and recently submitted a few images. However, I noticed today that they were rejected, and I’m not entirely sure why. All the images I submitted are AI-generated, and I made sure to label them accordingly during the upload process. Could someone please help me understand the reason for the rejection? For the past three to four days, my sales have decreased, but my position is stable. The ranking this week is almost the same as last week, but downloads are much lower — around twenty this week compared to about eighty at the same time last week. Is everyone’s sales down, or is it just me?

Hello,I have an Adobe Stock account, and until recently, I used to find Adobe Stock files easily by doing reverse image searches on sites like TinEye or Google Lens.For example, whenever I saw an image on other stock websites like Shutterstock or iStock, I could search the same image via these tools and find its match on Adobe Stock.However, starting two days ago, Adobe Stock seems to have completely disappeared from all major reverse image search engines. Even if I take an image from Adobe Stock itself and search it on TinEye or Google Lens, it doesn’t appear in the results at all.Unfortunately, the built-in Similar Search feature on Adobe Stock also doesn’t return the exact same image. it only shows related ones. Even typing the exact file title often doesn’t bring up the image, even though it clearly exists on Adobe Stock.This situation is creating a serious issue for me as a customer because I can no longer find and purchase the specific files I need from Adobe Stock. Hi,May i know any rules for this so-called "similar contents" ?I do not post same design (illustration), but i keeps getting this "similar contents" rejection.I tried to search on Adobe Stock and could not find any design similar. Anyone can give me hint on how to get away with this rejection ?Adobe should at least give a sample link or what for this rejection.These few months, 100% of the rejection are all because of this reason, i find that it's wasting my time to even upload in this platform.... Let say i draw an illustration of horse gallopping.Does that means that i cant even draw this if there is already an illustration of horse gallopping ??The style, the drawing, the design are totally different.  Thank you.  

After my Adobe Stock account got deactivated I filed an appeal with the copyright team but the copyright team could not do anything. The mail was forwarded to the relationship team but I did not get any reply from the relationship team. I mailed twice and they are not responding. Please give me proper advice.

Hello everyone,I have a complaint regarding a payment request I made. I submitted a payout request to my Payoneer account on October 13, 2025 but I haven't received it yet. Previously, I received it on the seventh day after the request. Could anyone please tell me if this is a problem? If not, how long should I wait?Thank you.

Read all TERMS of agreements carefully. If you don't understand them, consult a legal expert for advice. Ignorance is no excuse for violating copyright laws.

I believe this happened due to a misunderstanding, so I’d like to explain the situation clearly.About a week ago, I submitted a UI animation titled “Generating Button” — it was a short loading/progress animation designed entirely in Adobe After Effects, created from scratch using shape layers and keyframes. The concept was inspired by the loading buttons that appear in many AI image-generation tools, which is why I included the keywords “AI” and “Artificial Intelligence” in the title and tags.Initially, the video was rejected with the note that it was “AI generated.” To clarify the context, I resubmitted the same animation but properly labeled it as AI-generated, assuming that might have been the issue — and it was accepted afterward. However, a few days later, my account was suddenly suspended

Hallo, manchmal passiert es dass Bilder in der Prüfung "hängenbleiben". Ich habe 7 Bilder die seit 7 Monaten weder akzeptiert noch abgelehnt wurden. 1 Bild vor 5 Monaten hochgeladen und 1 Bild vor 3 Monaten. Ich habe schon probiert diese Bilder nochmal einzureichen und sie werden trotzdem nicht geprüft. Andere die ich zur selben Zeit hochgeladen habe, allerdings schon. Jetzt aktuell 3 Vektordateien, 2 davon schon akzeptiert (selbes Thema Tiere), das dritte wieder nicht. Woran liegt das und wie soll ich mit den 7 Monaten alten Fotos umgehen? 

My total downloads are 11 and total earnings are 11.87. But in the past few days, I’ve noticed that the downloads and earnings are decreasing. What could be the reason for this?

I have made a design of a star with glowing golden lines I uploaded as a PNG file, but the reviewer rejected it. They say that my asset is generated by AI, but I have made it in CorelDRAW., What should I do if this problem causes issues in future uploads? Please help.

In my last submission I uploaded a set of files as usual: 1 eps, 1 png and 1 svg, let's says it was 15 illustrations. For some reason, one of each(!) files was rejected, so image1.eps, image2.png and so on, with the same reason — Similar content in our collection. But why? And how? If there is similar content, all of the images (of the same illustration) would fall under that, but it's only one, and at random. So I assume the system automatically(?) accepted my images and then flaged the next one as similar to the previous one, that's the only explanation I can think of since each file type is different. What's the deal here and what do I even do?    [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hello everyone,I’m still a relatively new contributor - I joined Adobe Stock in July and currently have about 1,570 approved assets. For the past 17 days, I’ve still been experiencing an upload limit, even though my “In Review” section has been empty for more than 10 days.I’m wondering: 1. Is this situation still considered normal?2. Does the upload limit sometimes extend even for established contributors?3. Or should I contact Adobe Support to have it checked manually? I’d appreciate any advice or if someone has gone through the same issue. Thanks in advance!

I have 530 eligible assets. I already nominated them for the Annual Free Collection,but I noticed some contributors have turned on both Annual and Perpetual (Lifetime). My question is:Can I safely nominate my assets for both options at the same time?Will Adobe choose one automatically, or could it cause any issues? Those who have experience with this What’s better: nominating for both, or only one collection? I’d really appreciate your feedback.
