I sold a photo several days ago that hadn't been purchased at all since it was uploaded several years ago. Suddenly, over the past few days, that same photo has been purchased several times. Can anyone explain what might cause this sudden spurt in interest? Thanks for anything you can suggest.
Payment Hello Adobe Support, I am an Adobe Stock contributor and I requested a payout to my PayPal account on June 19, 2025. It has been more than 10 business days, but I have not received any funds in my PayPal account yet. Here are my details:- Contributor Email: [EMAIL REMOVED BY MODERATOR]- Full Name: Abde Arrazzak- Payment method: PayPal Please help me check the status of my payment. I would appreciate any update or confirmation on whether the payout was processed successfully. Thank you very much!
I received this link via Getty Images, and it very much concern the entire industry. It's one thing to take your own photo then enhance it with AI, a complete other thing for someone to steal our work and try to make it their own. I encourage everyone to send this petion to congress.Franciscohttps://copyrightalliance.org/get-involved/take-action/
I would like to understand why my photos are taking so long to be accepted. I currently have 300 photos in the Adobe catalog, but I have 92 photos under review for over 3 months. Why is it taking so long??? Can I delete these photos under review to send others? I can't send any more photos for review because these 92 photos are not accepted.
Hi all,I hit the submission limit about 5 days ago and still can’t upload new files. The message says:“Submission limit reached – Either you have too much content pending moderation, or you’ve submitted the maximum weekly limit…”Does anyone know:How long the limit usually lasts? Can it last more than a week?Is there a way to speed it up or reduce pending content?Appreciate any help. Thanks!
I am a motion graphics designer, and I have created and submitted about 40 videos. It has been two to three months since I uploaded them, but there are no downloads yet. I would like some advice from experienced people on this matter.<top> [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
If you've noticed a sudden drop in your sales across all stock marketplaces recently, you're not alone. Many contributors are experiencing the same, and here’s why: July 4th – Independence Day (USA)July 4th is a major US national holiday. Many buyers, agencies, and editors take extended leave from July 1–5.Offices close, and marketing departments often pause purchasing during this period.Since the USA is the largest buyer base for stock content, a temporary dip in sales is normal.Other Holidays and SlowdownsJuly 1st – Canada Day also reduces buying activity from Canadian agencies.Summer vacation periods (June–July) in many countries mean agencies operate with fewer staff. Some agencies pause budgets briefly at the start of Q3 (July) to review performance and spending.Market Saturation and CompetitionA high volume of new uploads from contributors and AI-generated content increases competition.Even without holidays, your content may need retitling and re-keywording to stay compe
Hi everyone,I’m reaching out to ask for some guidance or feedback from the community.Recently, I submitted several PNG images to Adobe Stock, but unfortunately, they were rejected due to “quality issues.” I was quite surprised by this, as I took care to meet the technical requirements and believed the design quality was up to standard. To better understand what might be going wrong, I’ve attached a few examples of the rejected images. If anyone with experience on Adobe Stock could take a moment to review them, I’d be incredibly grateful for your input—whether it’s about the image resolution, background treatment, design clarity, or any formatting missteps I might have overlooked. Thanks so much in advance for your time and help! Warm regards,Shubham Sharma
I have attacched an image which was rejected by adobe recently; I am unsure why this has been rejected, can anyone please correct me with the possible fixes in the attached image?
Suddenly, my animations are not selling, the positions are not showing anymore, but the files that used to sell regularly - these are the first to come up when you search, why are they not selling? It's been around $300 in the last four weeks, only one sale so far in the running week 😥 If it was normal, it would have been $20-30 by now.
✨ What’s the Maximum You’ve Earned from a Single Adobe Stock Animation Sale? I’m curious to know your experience! From my side, the highest earning I’ve received from a single animation sale on Adobe Stock was $63.I know earnings can vary based on license type, region, and file use, but it felt exciting to see that number for one sale. Question for you:What’s the highest amount you have earned from a single animation sale on Adobe Stock (or any other stock platform)?Do you think it’s possible to hit $100+ on a single sale for animation in the current market? Your insights will help all of us motion designers and stock contributors to understand the possibilities better. Thanks for sharing your experiences!
It's been a month I have started my Adobe Stock account and have got more than 200+ illustrations and photos accepted. But my download is just one. Spending so much time here looks like a loss. But I am still motivated to get some downloads this month.
Lately, I’ve noticed that many of the images I submit are being rejected for almost any reason. I can agree with rejections based on quality issues, but those citing "similar content already in the collection" are quite hard to understand.I submitted a food photo session (Shepherd’s pie) and only three out of thirty-five images were accepted. The rest were mostly rejected — over 80% — with the reason being "similar content." But the images aren’t similar to each other, nor to anything already in the collection. When I created them, I made sure the lighting, angles, materials, and compositions were all different from typical shots. There are about 4,500 images of Shepherd’s pie in the database, so of course they’re all going to look somewhat similar — it’s the same dish. In fact, some of my rejected images don’t seem to resemble anything currently in the Adobe collection, after I did a thorough check.Lastly, I’ve noticed that I tend to get more rejections when my images are reviewe
hello for videos, I understood that adobe stock generates its own thumbnail, mine are often black at the beginning, (they are motion graphics on a black background) and even if the mouse hover (a customer visit) probably triggers the animated video preview, is there a way to create a preview thumbnail ourselves or to modify it?, if so, where? and how? thank you.
How are we supposed to know what others are posting except for deep searching?
Adobe has rejected all of my photos. Since its my very first time that I upload stock photos i would appreciate if you can give me feedback what i can do better. Thanks in advance! See my photos here.
Hi, I had this png accepted, and then a few days later it was rejected for quality. Presumably it's my cutting that needs to improve. However, the beak isn't as sharp as the feathers. I'd welcome any comments. Thanks.
Hello Adobe Stock Team and Community, I’ve been trying to activate my contributor account for over 4 months, but every time I log in, I receive the following message: “Our Account and Submission policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts.” However, I confirm that I only have one account and have never registered a second one. I have contacted Contributor Support several times (in English), but I only receive automated or templated replies, with long delays of 2–3 weeks. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any real human response or solution. My contributor account remains inactive, and I’m unable to upload any content. I’m committed to working with Adobe Stock and strongly believe this is a system error. I’m posting here in hopes that a staff member or moderator can help escalate this issue. Thank you in advance. —Account email: [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers] [Mod
Hello everyone I want an explanation and clarification about the reason for the rejection of the photos, because two photos of me were rejected in a row, the first was because the pattern was repeated and the second because the quality was not sufficient. I worked hard and I love photography, but this frustrated me a lot. I would like you to explain this matter. Thank you in advance.
Good day. I uploaded 10 images of this style on different topics, 5 of which were accepted and 5 were not. The motivation is: Similar content in our collection. Sorry, but I have not come across anything like this. I have sketches that I can provide, these works were made by me and I can prove it. Can you show me where they are repeated? I worked on them for a long time and in the end this is it. In this way, you limit the authors and they lose the desire to work with stocks. Please review these works.
I'd appreciate some feedback on this image that was rejectd for inclusion
I am a completely new seller on Adobe Stock, I am a Saudi Arabian expatriate, I have 2 questions, 1, which address should I put in the address line of my contributor account section, Saudi Arabian or Swadeshi? 2, Is there any restriction on uploading Photo PNG, Victor, all types of files at the same time in my Adobe Stock profile?
I've created 5 AI images by using Leonardo AI free token and do upscaling by a free website and ChatGPT. 2 images are rejected due to quality issues. Please advise may I didn't use Leonardo AI free token and need to use paid AI software or Upscaling software.
I have noticed some strange issues with 4K video submissions...They have been accepted and appear on the site, however, 1. They do not seem to be offered to the customer at full resolution like in the past, HD only.2. Some appear to the shortened in length, although they display the correct duration in the player. Has anyone else experienced this?
Hello, can someone help me? I'm looking to see if there's anything wrong with the policy regarding car photos for editorial use. I've submitted many photos and haven't had any problems. In the last few days, they've been rejecting them all the time. Do you know why this is happening?
