In recent years, Adobe Stock has shifted from photographers-correctors- retouchers as experts to using the work of teenagers who've held only iPhones in their lives. Explaining things like depth of field with FF, composition, light etc. to these "experts" is pointless. I've been a photographer for over 40 years, including professionally, and I sold recently a lot of my photos on Fotolia. It's a shame, but Adobe Stock's level has fallen very low.
Am I allowed to have two contributor accounts? I would use the first account to upload vectors and the second one to upload videos. Its totally different type of assets
For example, this looks suspiciously AI: # 2177391334. The contributor has many similar ones. Thanks in advance.
Hi Adobe Community,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated in July 2026. I submitted an appeal to Adobe Contributor Support, and my case number is 00527869.It has now been over 10 weeks, but I have not received any response or update regarding my appeal. I have already sent follow-ups through the same case email thread.I would like to know if anyone has experienced a similar situation and how long their Contributor Relations review took.I would also appreciate any guidance from Adobe staff or experienced contributors about what I should do while waiting for a response.Thank you.
A post just for info for other contributors.I’ve just received my 3rd account suspension from Adobe in 5 months for ‘suspicious activities’ relating to download spikes. Each time my account is down for 4-6 weeks while I wait to hear from support and each time it is only live 2-3 weeks before something triggers another suspension. I’ve lost out on 10 weeks of income so far this year. This last two weeks is the only time I’ve ever noticed an actual increase in downloads. Since I’m now paranoid about being suspended, I immediately raised a ticket asking for a review of my account as I was worried about fraud. Adobe closed the ticket and sent me an automated message to say they can’t investigate until an account is flagged and suspended. 5 days later here I am.As usual I’ve raised another ticket and filled out the appeals form but I’m very much wondering if it’s now worth it to keep going round and round without anything getting permanently fixed. I’ve repeatedly asked for a closer look at

Hello Adobe Community Staff and Moderators,I am requesting urgent moderator assistance regarding an orphaned support case that has received zero responses for 11 calendar days (9 full business days).Case Details:- Case Number: ADB-46962167-K4F1- Category: Payment, taxes & bonus program - Royalties- Last Interaction Date: September 7, 2026 (Follow-up sent September 14)- Status: Stalled / No responseSummary of the Technical Defect:My contributor profile (alisher.9000@gmail.com) is locked in a backend validation rejection state when attempting to connect my verified Payoneer account:"Payout Information not accepted. Please use a Payoneer account that is valid and unique to your contributor profile."Facts:1. The secondary email alias (burhnov@) was completely purged from my Adobe ID on September 5. There is no other contributor profile.2. The Payoneer account belongs exclusively to me and previously received regular payouts from Adobe Canada Services Corporation without issue.3. Multip
Hi everyone,I created an AI-generated base image and did some digital overpainting/retouching on top of it, but it was rejected by Adobe Stock for "Quality Issues."Since I'm not sure which part triggered the rejection, I’ve attached the full artwork here. Please let me know if you need to see a 100% crop of any specific area.I would really appreciate your honest feedback on what the technical flaws might be so I can thoroughly fix it in one go.Thank you so much for your help!
I submit photos at Adobe and ShutterStock, the photos are aproval at Shutter but at Adobe they are refused, regarding some quality problems...Can i ask for a second review ?What i should do ?
Hello, I need some clarification regarding my contributor accounts and payout. I previously had an Adobe Stock contributor account that was temporarily disabled, so I requested restoration. While waiting and believing I wouldn't get it back, I created a new contributor account and started uploading content. I've been using the new account regularly and already received payouts through my Payoneer account. Recently, Adobe restored my original contributor account, which currently has about 25 dollars in earnings. Since I only have one Payoneer account, can I use the same Payoneer account that's connected to my newer Adobe Stock account to receive the payout from my restored original account? And is it allowed to have both contributor accounts now? I don't want to violate any Adobe Stock policies. Thanks for your help.
Hello,I am writing here to seek assistance regarding my contributor account. My account was blocked, restored, and now—just one week later—it has been locked again due to a high volume of downloads that I am not responsible for. My pending payout is frozen once again, and my support ticket is ADB-46434037-M7D5.I put a massive amount of genuine work into my portfolio, keywords, and metadata. It is incredibly frustrating to see this blocked repeatedly by automated filters. I seriously suspect that malicious third parties might be manipulating downloads or purchases on my profile specifically to trigger these automated suspensions.Standard support tickets often take an extremely long time to resolve, which is why I am turning to the community. Could a moderator or Adobe team member please take a look at this case, investigate potential outside interference, and help get my account permanently cleared and my payout released?
Hi Adobe Team and Community,My Contributor account was recently blocked due to a "Generative AI requirements violation." After reviewing the guidelines carefully, I realize I may have made unintentional mistakes during the submission process (such as incorrect metadata/tagging or submitting too many similar variations).I take full responsibility for this oversight. I am very willing to comply with all rules and clean up/delete non-compliant assets in my portfolio if given the chance. However, my main issue right now is that I cannot submit an appeal. Every time I fill out the "Contact Us" form in the Contributor Portal to request a manual review, the system instantly auto-closes my ticket and sends an automated template email (for example, my recent closed Case ID is ADB-47128293-F3N1).I am stuck in an automated loop. Could a moderator please help escalate my case to the Trust & Safety team so a human can manually review my appeal? I truly value my partnership with Adobe Stock and w
Hello, I submitted a vector file, but it was rejected.I received this message.I revised the file and submitted it again. However, it was rejected once more.Could you please tell me what needs to be fixed?I am attaching the file to this post.※I am writing in English as I translate, so I apologize if the sentences sound awkward.----------------------------------Your file has one or more of these issues:Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file."----------------------------------
SubjectUsing the Same Wi-Fi on Two Adobe Stock AccountsHello Adobe Stock Support,My mother and I are both Adobe Stock contributors and live in the same household. We use two completely separate devices and separate Adobe Stock accounts. We would like to know if we can use the same home Wi-Fi/internet connection while working on our individual accounts. Please confirm if this is allowed under Adobe Stock’s policies.Thank you for your help
About 20 hours ago, $14 from an unknown source was deposited.Since a single painting sometimes sold for more than $20, I thought a painting had sold for $14.However, since there were no updates regarding the image, I assumed the update was simply delayed for a while.Even now, twenty hours later, there has been no update on which painting was sold to add the $14.I have been tracking which paintings sold every day for over five years, and something like this has never happened before.I did wonder if I had only received $14 from the free collection selection, but it is still under review, and in previous years, I had earned over $300 annually.I'm really anxious and worried about account suspensions these days; I wonder what's going on.
Hello everyone, I need some clarification regarding the Adobe Contributor Firefly bonus. My account was suspended for about 6–8 months due to a misunderstanding, but Adobe unblocked it a few months ago. Since then, my account has been active again and sales have been going well.My question is: Am I still eligible to receive the Firefly bonus even though my account was suspended during that period? Does Adobe consider the suspension period when deciding bonus eligibility, or is it based only on the current active status? Should I wait for the bonus today, or assume that I won’t be receiving it? If anyone has faced a similar situation or knows Adobe’s official policy on this, I’d really appreciate your guidance. Thanks in advance!
My account was closed, and when I appealed, I was told it was due to having multiple accounts—even though I am certain I only have one. I have now submitted a new appeal; what should I do to get my account back?
When will the 2026 Firefly bonus be given to contributors?
Hello,I used to have a Fotolia contributor account and sold photographs through the platform. After Fotolia was discontinued and integrated into Adobe Stock, I lost access to my account. When I try to access or recover it, Adobe refuses my request. I have also tried to create a new contributor account, but I am told that I cannot have multiple accounts.Could someone please explain why I no longer have access to my former Fotolia account and advise me on how to recover it or transfer it to Adobe Stock?Thank you in advance for your help.
hey guys, which model of Ai (text to images) do you prefer for creating stock Images with best image quality? Thanks
I understand that few people will want to share information. But I would like to know the experience of the sellers whos wanna share:1) How long have you been on the stock2) How many photos do you have (and what topic)3) How much do you earn in dollars per month? I see that all popular authors have about 10,000 images. How much do they earn?
No Info on pictures. In Instructions after uploading picture and filling out required fields it says to hit submit. There is no submit on the page
Hello, I used an advanced AI tool to upscale and enhance photos. I used a free trial of a business plan. I own the intellectual property of the original photos. I want to use the upscaled photos for commercial licensing through Adobe Stock. I have four questions, please: 1- Does it comply with Adobe Stock’s terms of use?2- When should I flag the photos as generative AI content?3- Does it affect the discoverability of the photos?4- Does it affect the earnings? Please write back soon. Thank you for helping me. Best regards,Osama
@Mat Hayward@Ria JairamGood afternoon! It’s been more than 3 months since my page was deactivated. I’ve already submitted a ticket via the link provided many times. I’ve also sent an email. I’ve never been explained why my account was deactivated. I understand the reason for this myself, and I’ve written and explained many times that it was a technical error on the submittor’s side. And it was due to my own inattention. Once again, I’m asking you to restore my account so that I can rectify the situation and delete the files that were intended for editorial material on another platform. I’ve been collaborating with you for a long time. And I’ve had many files in the top positions in their respective categories. I still have some funds left in my account, which I deliberately didn’t withdraw because I trust you and value my collaboration with you. Adobe is my favourite stock platform. And I’ve accumulated a lot of shots on various topics that I’d like to upload. I kindly ask you to consi
