we are sorry for the trouble. As described above the form field becomes visible on changing the zoom size of the document.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDF?

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat / Reader DC installed? To check the version of the application please use the help article here (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html)

A new version of the Adobe Acrobat / Reader DC got released version 19.21.20058. Make sure you have the latest version. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

Also, make sure all the video drivers and firmware on your computer are up to date.
