If you are installing the 64-bit version, you must sign in using your Adobe ID (email address); it will convert to Acrobat. There is a single installer for Adobe Reader and Acrobat 64-bit applications.
Try removing the application and running the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html). Reboot the machine and install Acrobat from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.
If that is not the case, ensure you use the correct Adobe ID. If it is a subscription provided by your organization, please get in touch with your IT team and get this checked.
