Hi @ninopurtseladze ,

See this recent topic for a user with similar issue:

To add specific formatting to field objects, open the "Prepare Form" tool => right-click on the desired date field object => select from the context menu "Properties" => when the Properties dialogue window opens up go to the "Format" tab => the scroll down through the list of built-in date format notations.

Select "Custom" => in the blank below that type in the desired date notation: dd-mmm-yyyy

Now, a date picker field object can only be used as a date picker the cannot be configured to also be used as Dropdown menu objects.

You may, however, customize a dropdown menu to be used to select dates from a dropdown list in combination with Acrobat JavaScript (but be aware that it is an advanced task ).

Thank you for your answer. However the "Format"-Tab doesn't even show up. Even tho I've selected "Date" as a type, it still says "Text Field" above. Is ist a bug?

I didn't see you screenshots before I replied.

@Bernd Alheit is absolutely correct. You will have some limitations if you are creating the PDF form straight from Adobe Sign instead of editing the form first with the "Prepare Form" tool.

Once you've added all of the intended field objects to your PDF form, then use Adobe Sign to send tje PDF form to your recipients.

But I am using the "Prepare Form" feature? I added all the fields manually and I even deleted them multiple times and added them again via "Prepare Form". I don't seem to get what I'm doing wrong since I've used this feature many times before.

You have created a Adobe Sign form. Want you use Adobe Sign?

When you use Prepare Form disable the option about signatures:
