E-Sign not working

Hi. Please can you help. I've just changed to a new machine and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat. When I log in, it's not showing any of my previous documents, and e-sign is not working at all. All  I get is the rotating wheels shown below - and it never moves on. I've tried logging out / logging in, rebooting routers, removing and reinstalling. None of it works. I can still access the functionality and files via the web portal, and also on my old machine, on the same network. Help! Thank you..

Can you please update Acrobat to latest version?

Also, what's your machine's OS version?
