Hello everyone, we are running Acrobat pro version 23.008.20533 Usually Acrobat Pro updates itself whenever there is new update available, however last month when the new update was released version 23.008.20555 Adobe did not auto updated itself. When I manually tried to update by going to the Application, Help> Check for updates it keeps failing with error code 140000, the only way we could update was by downloading the latest version manually from the catalogue. This solution is not feasible for us since we have more than 150+ users and this is very difficult to manually going to each device and re-install. Is there any fix for this update?

Can you enable Updater verbose logging, run Manual update workflow again on the machine where it fails, collect and send me in the private message AdobeARM.log file from current user Temp folder?
To enable logging search this forum for iLogLevel Registry value.

FWIW, I'm getting the same message and I have the same version as A M above. The only reason I tried to update is bc starting this morning, whenever i open a file, I get the message "Adobe Crashed unexpectedly, Click here to learn more." But where it takes me to doesn't really tell me anything. I was hoping that updating would fix this annoying message (I press "skip" and get past it). At this point I can't even get the update - Help, check for updates "sees" the new update, but gives either a 140000 or 130200 code when i try to download it. Anyone else having this problem?

We are running the same version 23.008.20533 and getting the same 140000 or 130200 code. We monitored our firewall messages and it does not appear to be blocking. We moved to O365 GCCHigh around the time 23.008.20533 was released. Need to check with our vendor to see whether MS Defender could be blocking.
