Font issue while save as the PDF file using adobe acrobat pro

Hi Team.


We have encountered an issue with font while saving (Save as option) a PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro. I have attached the PDF file for your review. Could you please check and provide the reason behind this issue along with a possible solution?

The issue with fonts when using the "Save As" option in Adobe Acrobat Pro is often caused by missing or improperly embedded fonts. When a PDF is saved or optimized, Acrobat may substitute fonts if the original ones are not embedded, leading to formatting changes. To resolve this, ensure that font embedding is enabled by checking File > Properties > Fonts and confirming that all fonts are marked as Embedded or Embedded Subset. If not, you may need to reinstall the missing fonts on your system or use Adobe’s Preflight tool to fix font embedding issues.

This situation is similar to FM WhatsApp, a modified version of WhatsApp that sometimes alters the original app’s features—just like Acrobat substitutes fonts when saving a file. If FM WhatsApp  lacks proper updates or support, it can cause glitches or inconsistencies in chat formatting, much like how missing font embedding causes PDF display issues. Ensuring you use the correct and supported version, whether for fonts or messaging apps, is key to maintaining consistency and avoiding errors.
