How can i have Acrobat DC Signature Action be to add strikethrough to a line of text?

I need to create a document where a digital signature's action is to add a strikethrough to a line of text. Can this even be done?

Legend

A digital signature's action is to make a digital signature. This is not visible on the page.

It might also show a stamp on the page, which I view as a huge mistake. You can turn off the stamp, but not change it into something else.

You could strikethrough, then sign.
