I am being charged $15.86 a month and my account says I have no plans active.

I have two accounts with Adobe. My school email and my personal email. I am being charged $15.86 a month on my debit card/checking account. I have checked both my school email and personal email to see if I have any active plans and to see as why I am being charged monthly. Both accounts say I have no plans active so I cannot cancel anything! I need help getting in contact with an employee of adobe.. not a virtual assistant to stop being charged monthly... HELP! Do I go to my bank and dispute the charges or how do I stop getting charged!
