I'm having issues downloading acrobat (pdf editor). The webpage keeps displaying an error 505... for the last two weeks.

If you are behind a corporate firewall, you should check the required endpoints for Adobe Applications: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

They need to be whitelisted for the required functionality.

You can install it from here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

It will install the free Reader, but once you log in to your account it should switch to the full Acrobat.
