Each page of my PDF has a text box that says Electronic Filing Only. I can remove the text using the Content tool but that means opening every page and scrolling to that text box. Is there a faster way? I've tried the Find Text and React option under Redact a PDF and it doesn't find the text (not sure why as it's obviously a text box; see screenshot). Fortunately this PDF is only 29 pages, but many of the PDFs are over 100 pages and take at least an hour to do this page-by-page.

It's a watermark and it's probably not meant to be removed.

Your best bet is to make new pdfs without the unwanted type, if this is not an option for you, you can try to use a preflight fixup to change the color of the unwanted type to white, since the type appears to be overprinting, it should effectively disappear in Acrobat, but some pdf viewers that don't respect overprinting may show the type as white.
First determine the existing color with the Output Preview tool, then run the preflight "Map color with specified color values" Note, you might need to first duplicate the existing preflight from the fly out "Options" menu.
Changing the color will change all pages in the pdf, assuming the unwanted type is the same color on all pages and no other elements use the same color.
