Is it possible to draw an arrow on a PDF? I have a map of a state & have text outside of the boundary of the state & would like to draw an arrow from the text to a particular city on the map??? THNX

The line tool in the Comments toolbar will allow for line ends to be arrows.

Thanks a bunch I didn’t think about “Comments”!!!! When I draw the line, it is RED Is it possible to change it to BLACK??

So... You see a red line and you want it painted black?

Sorry - I couldn't help myself. Right-click, select properties, set the color and optionally set that as the default.
