Can I check if the LiveCycle Designer tool is still available for purchase?

Frankly, I'm only finding a tool which can create a form which can add and delete rows.

Do advise if this is a correct solution.

If yes, how can I get it?

P.S.: Was just on chat support on Acrobat DC for similar feature solution, but the button is not equipped with the add/delete rows feature. Disappointing, always though Acrobat DC is a single solution on  PDF.

The LiveCycle products are EOL (end of life) and are no longer licensed by Adobe and no longer supported by Adobe.

3. Is the demo app usable & contain the LC designer?
