PDFMaker missing files Adobe acrobat XI pro

Hello.

I have installed Adobe Acrobat XI pro running on Win7 64bits and MS Office 2010.  I can convert to pdf direct from MS Word, but the problem I have is that i can not use right click "convert to acrobat pdf" or "Combine files in acrobat.." options with MS office docs.  In both cases I get the message  "PDFMaker files missing", and it suggests a repair but after doing that it still does not work.

I removed and reinstalled Acrobat, registered the office add-ins, and some other suggestions I have found but nothing worked.  Can anyone please help me?

As per the description above, the PDFMaker file is missing, Is that correct?

Please try to load Adobe PDFMaker manually, refer to the KN doc Troubleshoot Acrobat PDFMaker issues in Microsoft Office on Windows  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-acrobat-pdfmaker-problems-office.html

If the issue persists, please use Adobe Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove the Acrobat, Adobe Cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  Link: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

Restart the computer, and then install the Acrobat Pro 11 from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

Hello AnandSri.

the PDFMake file missing error  arises when i try right click on a word file and select option "convert to pdf" or "combine files in acrobat..".     I can convert to pdf documents direct from Word.

I already tried the acrobat cleaner tool.. but the problem persists.  Also i did a new installation on a different computer (Windows 7, offic 2010, Adobe acrobat XI pro) and i got the same issue.
