Proofreading Marks Extension install, lost the file!

Hello,

I bought and downloaded an extension that allows me to use proofreader's marks in Acrobat. Somehow during the install, which was not successful, I lost or accidentally removed the purchased download. Yes, I did scan my entire PC for the file. I even went through the download history and it says "file removed". 

How do I download another copy?

Under MyExchange, it only says "Acquired" but I need to reacquire and I don't want to pay again.

I need some help.....

UPDATE:

I still can't make this work and it is supremely frustrating. 
The extension manager doesn't even recognize Acrobat. I am using the Creative Cloud. ARGH!
