I have this exact error and I have the latest version of Acrobat Pro. I tried live chat but you cut off and I cannot reconnect with you.

I have

Architecture: x86_64

AGM: 4.30.74

Could you please let us know if you get this error message on saving a particular document?

Please try to save changes on other PDFs and check if you get the same error.

Are you using the application on Mac or on Windows?

On another document I get the error message: The font 'CWAYEC+Helvetica' contains an invalid encoding. Some characters may not display when I use the Fill & Sign function

But this document I could save whereas the last I couldn’t

I’m using a Mac with OS 10.13.4 (17E199)

Try once to fill the PDF using FIll & Sign option online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/fillsign

Check if you experience any issue after you fill the PDF form.
