Weirdly Created pdf from 12 xls pages. It created onto 1.5 pdf pages at 215% !!

Whilst creating a 12 page XLS document, the pdf file was created onto one and a half page pdf file.  This was created with a minimised view at 215%.

I created the other three files of the same quantity of XLS pages, these were all created perfectly.  What happened to this final file creation and how do i sort it?

I've tried various ways of create, however all outcomes come out the same as one and a half pages.

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Hi R2sma,

A couple suggestions regarding your issues with Excel and PDF. If you are using the Print box to create your PDFs, make sure that you have properly set the "Scaling … Fit to:" feature. See below. I would also suggest that you use the "File > Print Area… > Set Print Area" to make sure that you are only creating a PDF of the document that you want.

Sorry for being late in answering your query.

As I was able to understand the issue mentioned above, you are facing issue while trying to create a pdf from a 12 page excel spreadsheet, is that correct? 

Could you please let us know the product you are creating pdf in- Acrobat XI/DC?

The Operating System installed on the computer?
