Word-to-PDF Conversions - Parts of the document not showing

I work with a US Federal Goverment client who's using Word to convert to PDF functionality.  If they use plugin to convert to PDF it misses the first line of text after the continuous section break.  If they use the internal convert to PDF within Word, this doesn't have that issue.

We have also tried doing a convert directly in Acrobat and face  the issue of the first line missing.

My questions are, being that its a .docm format does this matter?

Is this an issue with the continuous page break in the document?

The repository is in sharepoint, does this matter?

Any help, support, and advice on how to approach is appreciated.

Wow!  The PDF Maker plugin has long been the best way to make the word to PDF conversion!  I hope this is fixed quickly!
